I needed to get my carpet clean as we were preparing to sell our home. We have a great carpet in the basement that had stains on it from the kids. I had it cleaned twice with other companies in the last 2 years and the stains always came back and were slightly visible immediately after the cleaning. I was impressed with Jay. He picked up the phone when I called at 10 pm and he said he could be at my house the next day. He was able to come several hours earlier which was better for us. He was quick and efficient. The carpet looks great-I am really impressed. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of a good carpet cleaning.

Jay from Steam Kleen did an outstanding job cleaning a couch, side chairs, ottoman and dining room chairs in record time! He removed year old stains I had given up on! He as curteous and polite and even gave me some tips to keep odours away! I highly recommend his company and will use him again and again!

I'm so glad I called steam kleen to come and clean my carpets and floors. Jay and his crew really did a wonderful job and managed to remove old stains out of white Berber carpet that I thought would never be removed. My main floor tile areas (kitchen, foyer, laundry room, powder room) were also cleaned and it feels like a new house. I would highly recommend Jay and his crew. Great service. Jay went above and beyond with his service. We had one area rug that dried a little slow and had a musty smell. Jay came back to the house and cleaned it again and even did 2 additional area rugs that we did not pay for free of charge...he would not take any additional money. His service is excellent and I would recommend him!

My stairs ( white carpet) were incredibly dirty from house full of kids. Jay was extremely professional, arrived quickly and on time, and was able to get the stairs super clean - a task other carpet cleaning services could not handle. Highly recommended!

Our dog is having some glandular issues and because of this our sofa had an aroma that was very unpleasant. I called SteamKleen because of their ratings and I needed someone to clean our sofa today as we have friends coming over tomorrow. I called around 9:00 and they were at our place by 10:30. I discovered significant spills and stains all over our family room after the departure of some young house guests. Given the nature of the spills, I knew that they had to be dealt with immediately. When I called Steam Kleen, a friendly real voice answered. Jay and his team found a way to come to me in just a couple of hours. They treated the areas and then cleaned and deodorized the entire carpets. They were prompt, friendly, thorough, and accommodating.
