I was very impressed with this company. Steve was the initial point of contact as the sales rep, and he arrived right on the dot as promised at my home, which I always like...business people who show up on time! He had a wide variety of color options to choose from, which was great. The only small point of frustration was the timing and mess up surrounding the installation, which was eventually solved, but I suppose these things happen from time-to-time. Anyway, do give them a call if you're considering an awning for your home or business. I highly recommend Rolltec!

Thank you again for the installation guide. We rented a drywall lift to raise the awnings into place and slid them smoothly into the brackets. After installing all the bolts, we extended the awnings and did a leveling and matching adjustment to the two awnings, and we are truely delighted with finished product and ease of installation. We will get much more use from our deck now and be more comfortable in the house on sunny days as well thanks to the shade over the windows. Your product is far superior to the one my neighbour is currently installing, which he bought at Costco. He can see the difference, and the extendable valence is absolutely perfect for our situation, which Costco's does not have. Installed a rolltec awning 18'. After three months the awning started to wrinkle and keeped getting worse. Rolltec would do nothing about it just said this is normal, all awnings wrinkle. Never bein opend in the rain.

If you are looking for retractable awnings, please call ROLLTEC. Their number was given to us by a friend who owns one of their awnings for over 5 years. We were amazed by wide variety of fabrics they carry. They have thousands of rolls in stock. This company manufactures all the hardware in the winter time. They explained us that this allows to control availabity, quality and price. 2 weeks after we placed the order, our awning arrived. It was very complicated installation since the awning was attached to the roof. Everything went very smooth, installers very excellent. We are very happy and will definately recomend ROLLTEC to all our friends. Thank you for converting our hot patio to cool paradise.

We contacted Rolltec awnings in regards of installation of retractable awning for our patio. They sent a sales knolegable rep to our home with samples. The guy left us with detailed estimate. In a few day we visited Rolltec's state of the art show room in Concord. Once again, very knowlegable staff member showed us the products, explained all the benefits and we placed the order. Before we made decision to go with Rolltec, we checked out few other awning companies but could not find a better value for our investment. In 2 weeks installers came with our beatiful new awning and did a very good job. You can clearly see the quality starting from heavy gauge aluminum and finishing with elegant acrylic fabric.
