Extraordinary experience from the moment I signed the contract until completion of the installation. I highly recommend working with Matthew, who is super professional and knowledgeable. He made sure every aspect of the job was done properly and to our satisfaction.

I hired Loyal Seal to replace my front door, sidelight and one of my bedroom windows. Stan, their salesperson, was very professional and friendly. He was courteous as he listened to my needs and kept the options within budget. In the end, I decided to use this company because I thought Stan was so outstanding. The installer, Oleg, proved to be just as good. He showed up on time, was clean and polite and did an excellent job. At the end of the day, we decided to have a few additional windows capped and Oleg came back at the exact date and time we agreed to and, again, did an excellent job. Overall, this was an outstanding company and one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I will definitely use them again when I replace the rest of my windows.

My sales rep was great , he worked with us to get the best windows for the job. The were on time, did great work and cleaned up the entire job site. The biggest job was doign a larger window in the bathroom so it was a full cut out. The guys did a great job !!! great windows and plan to use them again !!!
