I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and service. Matthew, one of the best and most patient salespeople I ever met really took care of us. Replacing windows completely changes the look of the house. And the door is beautiful! Highly recommended.

After a few quotes we went with Stan at LoyalSeal to do our bedroom window very fair pricing...Udi installed.. they are both professional and so efficient ...just signed a contract for our front door..enjoyed working with them both.

I just got my front windows replaced by Loyal Seal. I was very happy with everything from sales to installation. Stan the salesman was very polite and informative. The price was very reasonable and better than some other quotes we got. Oleg the installer was great, very clean and efficient. Overall I was very pleased with the experience I had with Loyal seal. And our windows look fantastic!

I had front door and 2 patio doors installed .Very unhappy with the front door and patio doors. Since I had them installed I being having problems mostly with the front door, glue keeps coming out from the glass insert and when it rains water comes thru on the inside. I ordered a 36 inch door and they installed a 34 inch. Called manytimes to rectified the problem no one has called me back. the secretary keeps telling me that Stan will call me back but Stan never returned any of my calls. I will not recommend to anyone to do business with Loyal Seal Window and doors. Very Poor Quality and Service . Today March 23rd 2013 attendend the office of Loyal Seal and in person they were very helpfull. They stated that the problem is with the manufacture. They put me in contact with the door manifacture and know I will wait to see what the outcome will be.

I called Matthew from Loyal Seal just before christmas, my brother recommended Loyal Seal to me. I asked them to cut 2 windows on the 2nd floor for 2 patio doors with built in mini blinds. The company did a great job installing the windows. They installed another front door last week for me. I am VERY happy with Matthew Decaire and the company. Thankyou Loyal Seal. -Barbara

I called loyal Seal because of an ad in a newspaper, without knowing them I invited the sales representative to my house. He showed up 3 hours to early and inconvenienced me and my family. Because I am a kind person I allowed him in. This was a huge mistake. As he pressured me I was alone and should not have seen him without my husband present. I asked for a certain type of door but he talk me into something else. It was a mistake that I realized soon after. I mistakenly trusted this man and gave him a huge deposit he wanted more. Before they came and took measurements I cancelled the order by phone, email and registered fax, within the legal time frame given by the Consumer Protection Act. When I explained that I didn't want that door he refused to give me back my deposit of 500.00, saying he earned it by coming to my house. He wanted 700.00 deposit so had I given him that he would have said he earned that as well. I have called the company several times and they have been extremely rude and refused to give me back my money. I would not believe any of these reviews that are a 10 there to many 10's this is not realistic. I believe that the company is posting these positive reviews themselves and I would not trust them. They are bullies and thieves. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY DEPOSITS. They have no right to ask for such huge deposits it is not the way to do business. BEWARE OF LOYAL SEAL THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

I arranged for the company LOYAL SEAL to come and give us an estimate for phantom screen doorsHe came 2 hours early. When I pulled in he blocked most of my drive way so I had to park near the road I said to him.."sorry you are early I can't do this now I have to get my kids to events". He said "let me do this now it will take 30 min tops" I said again " I can't, it will take longer, you need to go so my nanny can get out we have places to be can you come back at 6pm" He swore at me (f word) topped it off with giving me the hand sign...did I mention this was all in front of my daughter waiting to get in th car and my son watching in the window

I had a leaking bow window that had to be rebuilt from scratch because of bad workmanship on the existing window. Loyal Seal delivered big time with their excellent product and service. I dealt with Matthew who was extremely professional and always available to take my calls and inquiries (even on weekends). the installation staff was gracious and efficient. My new bow window is fantastic. i don't feel a cold draft anymore and it's fully insulated, saving us a lot of energy all year round. very positive overall experience.

I contacted this company for an estimate and they gave me one promptly the next day. I agreed on the cost and they sent a person to take the measurements the next day evening. The person told me to sign a paper saying just to confirm he came to my house, which I signed. I came to know from friend a company ready to do the work for a better price the same day evening. I promptly called the company back in the morning to cancel my order which they refused to cancel as the person had come to take the measurements the earlier evening got a paper signed saying i cannot cancel after measurements are taken. The order was not yet processed, it was not even 24 hours since the person took the measurements. It was within 48 hours of signing the agreement to get the work done. On the agreement, it had said i can cancel the order within 10 days of the agreement. The company refused to cancel the order and return the deposit $1000 amount. They canceled the order but did not give me my money back. They stopped picking my calls and never called back to clarify their position. Beware of thugs like these, I have told all my relatives and friends not to work with these crooks. I want the other home owners on this forum to also stay away from this company. They did not return my money till now. These guys will dupe you whenever they get a chance.

Installed quality windows for my 2nd floor bedroom at a fair price. Sales and customer service kept me apprised of the order process, and the installation team was on time, courteous and clean. I would recommend them to others.
