We recently had 13 windows installed in our home. They "team" arrived right on time at 7:00 a.m. and left at approximately 1:40 p.m. The workmanship was exemplary. The quality of the windows is beyond our expectations. The men working in our home were efficient, perfectionistic and a lot of fun too. We are so happy that we chose Verdun windows over all the other companies out there.

We were extremly pleased with our sales and installation of our new front door. The Salesman helped us choose properly and seemed to care what look we were trying to acheive. The installers were completly professional. Good communication, effient and cleaned up afterwards. Good job.

We hired Verdun to replace the last 3 windows in our house. The windows were larger so we were nervous about the cost. Dominique was very flexible with the design options and tried to give us as many options as possible, both in regards to design and cost. Upon his recommendation, we ended up enlarging the window in our living room, which has greatly improved the space. Overall, the price was excellent and lower than we had expected. Turnaround time was good, and installation was extremelly quick and well done. Overall, highly recommended.

My whole experience with Verdun Doors and Windows, from the initial discussions and purchase through to the installation was one of excellence. The salesman Dominic was very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs and requirements. I was invited to check out prices with competitors and found Verdun had a better product for a lower cost. The time from the sale to the installation was as promissed. The installation itself was just a continuation to a pleasureable experience. The installers showed up at the time promissed. Both knew exactly what they were doing and went about their work in a professional manner, and when they left the rooms were in a state that it was hard to imagine construction work had occured. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for a good product, great price and beginning to end pleasureable experience. Infact come spring time, I will have Verdun replace my remaining window and patio doors.

We had some windows in our house that were drafty and decided to go the do it yourself route. We got prices from the big orange and both big blue stores but found the sales person's know-how just wasn't up to par and got a "sell it and forget it" vibe. We called Verdun and in no time a rep was at our home, measuring and telling us exactly what they could do for us. We found his product knowledge and professionalism outstanding and gave him the ok. The installers arrived on time, as planned and were efficient and courteous. The job was done in under two hours: windows and trim inside and out on our two story home were perfect. We had used Verdun on our previous home years ago and were happy to see they have remained a professional, top notch, local company that takes care of it's customers from start to finish.

We recently had all of our windows replaced by Verdun. We were impressed with the sales person who was most knowledgeable and helpful in selecting our choices. We also really liked the idea that we were supporting a local business. The installation crew were polite, respectful and meticulous to details. They were very professional and even did additional work to ensure a good installation. They left our house and yard very clean. I purchased a bay window from Verdun as my old one was in need of replacement. The crew of two sent to do the job were great !!! The work was more extensive than first planned and they had to 'think on the fly' to make it right ! They had a tough time removing the old window, which they did, and found more rotting wood than originally projected. They fashioned a new sill and roofline for the window to be placed in and it looks fantastic !!! As the job was longer than expected, they made a return trip within a few working days to finish the job !!! What a wonderful job it is !!! The addition of the window enhances the home and it so warm compared to the previous one ! Visitors have voiced their approval of the work done. Great job, Stephane and Jimmy !!!

Verdun offered a very competative price that I could not turn down (almost 70% lower than two other quotes I'd received). Sales person was very helpful and easy going. There was a bit of a lag between signing the contract (20% down payment) to the actual installation of approximately 2.5 months which did not matter in my case. The installation was performed in an excellent manner and took approximately 2 hours. I would recommend Verdun Doors & Windows.

We ordered 4 casement-style windows, two sliders, a large bay window and a patio door, and were advised of delivery in 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks we were called to arrange a date for the installation which was completed within the estimated 1.5 days. The two-man team headed by Stephane was very proficient; they worked really well together and were able to resolve ancillary problems as they arose (our home is 44 years old) without difficulty or complaint. The salesperson was very professional, quick and patiently attentive, giving us a reasonable quotation for the job. Office staff was very courteous and called following installation to ask if all was as expected. This was our second experience with Verdun and we are completely satisfied with the whole process. Our house is much more attractive and we will benefit from the thermal improvements.
