Verdun was first-rate from the moment we called them to when the workers cleaned up after themselves after installation. They honoured their deadline commitment to make the windows and arrived on time (a few minutes early!) on the day of the installation. We're are happy with the windows and the thoroughly professional installation service.

I recently had a large living room window replaced and siding and flashing repiared around my patio door. Verdun did an excellent job, the were clean, quick and professional. I am very sastisfied with both the window and the service I received.

Verdun has replaced all the windows of our home and has also replaced the front door and patio door. We had everything done in three phases and every time the service was A+ from the moment I called to book the appointment to the final installation. We get comments from everyone, neighbors and family members alike, commenting on the look of the windows and especially the front door all the time! We had one issue with a window 2 or so years after the initial installation, I called them and within a few days I had someone coming to fix the issue without any questions asked, nor did I have to pay anything. I’ve been using them and referring them for years and will continue to do so. Thank you for the great service!

Recently had 9 new windows and a patio door installed by Verdun. We are very pleased with the product and pricing. Installation was clean, quick and courteous. We would call on them again should the need arise and we're happy to recommend them to family and friends.

This was the second time this year that we used Verdun to install some windows. The first time we got six new windows and this time we added four more windows. Mike, the sales person, was nice and very low pressure, something I really appreciated. The windows were custom built in the amount of time we were told. The installers were professional, did the job quickly and cleaned everything up when they were done. They also added some additional facing above the upstairs windows so that we won't have to go up there an repaint the old colour. We have six windows left in our home to be replaced, and we'll be using Verdun again for those ones.

I decided to have Verdun provide me with an estimate after seeing JJ Clark on the news promote their product and I am very pleased that I did. From the salesman who initially came out. to the 3 installers who arrived at 6:45 am to begin work on the day of installation, the service was great. The windows and doors themselves have made a dramatic difference in my home, both inside and out. I have received nothing but positive feedback from family, friends and neighbours. "Thank you" to all those involved.

We enjoyed the courteous sales and installation services. The installers arrived when promised, explained what the product was and how they were doing the installation. They worked quickly and neatly.

This is the third time on 3 different homes that I've used Verdun, and the service and workmanship is always excellent. The installers were on time, professional and meticulous. They called me the night before to let me know what time they'd show up and they finished the entire job in 1 day (2 doors and 12 windows). The salesman, Dominic was great, no pressure, knew his product and gave me an excellent price. My house now stands out beautifully because of the new windows and doors and people in my neighbourhood constantly stop to look and ask questions about Verdun.

I had windows replaced when I moved to Ottawa in 1991 by another company. Within months of installation one of the windows did not function correctly. Over the years since installation a leak had developed at the base of one of the windows. After seeing the quality of workmanship done by Verdun Windows & Doors on my sister-in-laws house , I decided to have the bed room windows changed. The choice i made was a good one as my new windows are perfect and the men who installed the new windows were very professional. I would recommend Verdun Windows & Doors for any job needed in the future
