    Excellent job

    I live in an older high-rise condo that had very old and strangely configured franken-plumbing under the sink. It was a case that required experience and expertise and Richard instilled such confidence, and handled the job beautifully, despite it being a challenge. I had had a previous experience with a less seasoned plumber who was not skilled enough to handle the quirks of older plumbing, so it was very reassuring to see someone so adept and up to the challenge this time.

    Replacement water holding tank

    We had such a great experience in our replacement of our water holding tank. Our technician provided all of our options, costs and explained the work that was to be performed. Work done same day and had water back on with a few short hours. After service was completed our technician provided a detailed account of the work performed and ensured I understood everything. Our technician was Richard and we will definitely use him for our next project we need completed. Amanda V. Braeside, Ontario

    Kitchen pipe backup and replacement

    During the Covid pandemic, I required plumbing work urgently. Jeremy was dispatched to fixed the broken pipe under my sink and unclog the pipes. He did not have the part with him in his truck but made a quick trip back to his shop in order to find the equipment needed to do the necessary fixes. The quote, trip back to his shop and the fix took about 2 hours which was fantastic. Jeremy was great and professional, and took the necessary precautions. Great job! Very happy!!

    Emergency shut-off valve and minor toilet rebuild

    The emergency shut-off valve was replaced and a minor rebuild was done on the toilet. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend Richard and the company’s services.

    Sump Pump Replacement

    After reading the great reviews online, we contacted Mr. Rooter to be sure we were ready for the spring thaw. Booking was easy, they were able to come the day after our call. They were able to come earlier than the scheduled time which was great. Both Ryan and Mitch were clean, friendly, and extremely professional. Different options were presented to us, with no pressure whatsoever. The work was done in a timely manner, and everything was left spotless when they finished. We would confidently choose Mr. Rooter again, and would happily have Ryan and Mitch as our technicians.

    Urgent repair

    We had a leaky kitchen sink with a foul smell and two other sinks in the house with different problems. We wanted this to be taken care of all at once. We went online to Mr. Rooter's site and found a coupon of 25$ to reduce our bill. Also we took the Advantage Plan Membership and saved 100$ off the bill. The technician was plaisant and explained to us what he was doing. We appreciated his fast and efficient service and will call again if needed.

    Clogged kitchen sink

    Bruce was sent immediately to assess the situation. He assessed the problem and gave us a quote before starting the work. On approval he proceeded to do the work in an efficient manner. He also helped to unclog a bathroom drain, too. Bruce was very professional and reassuring as he did his work. He made sure everything was working well before he left. Next time I need help I will request Bruce.

    clogged basement toilet

    Just a quick note of appreciation for the great work by Corey and his assistant Greg. They arrived ahead of schedule, but notified me that would be the case. Both technicians were friendly and informative and the work was done promptly and professionally. This was the second time I have used Mr. Rooter in Ottawa and on both occasions we have been very pleased with their work.

    Excellent service and staff

    I called the previous evening and got an appointment for the following day. Corey showed up early and finished the work quickly. In addition to being quick and effective at resolving the blockage issue, Corey showed empathy and was easy to interact with. I even ran out to the van after noticing something I had overlooked, and he came right back in fixed the problem. I now have a reliable company to turn to when I have plumbing issues.
