    Bathroom Toliet making very loud noise when flushing

    I am so pleased with the plumber's work. He was so knowledgeable with his work at hand. His name was Larry Toll. He was so polite and finished the job in about 1 hour. Larry was so good in giving me my senior discount, and having me go on line and obtain a $25.00 coupon. If in the future I require service from you I will certainly request Larry.     Cracked drainage pipe

    I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing challenges. I was impressed with the excellent service --- very thorough and efficient. Many thanks to Phil for his kindness, expertise and professionalism.

    Bathroom tub faucets installed, clearing out of sink and new install of parts

    excellent service, work and the results were amazing, we are selling in August so of course we needed to get many things worked on, and plumbing/fixing old to new (the house is 71 years old) was at the top of our list...and we are very happy with the work from Guy Gratton...in fact we may have him return for a few additional jobs and we would highly recommend this company and Guy to get the job done right.

    Basement drain backup

    Basement drain began backing up intermittently. I chose Mr Rooter based on Homestars ratings and they lived up to their billing. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem as multiple buildups​ in the main drain and walked me through the issue and my options, including showing me the areas of concern with his drain camera. He diligently worked away at the blockages until the pipe was as clean as new. Despite the mess inside the pipe, and what came out with the drain snake, there was no mess in the basement after he was done. The whole process was done in one morning and the issue has never resurfaced. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter.

    Replace leaking kitchen faucet

    Excellent service. quick reply to my inquiry, technician (Jeremy) came on time. Very informative with options, and service done to perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeremy or the company and I will definitely use Mr Rooter again. Thank you!

    Drain cleaning

    I recently hired Mr. Rooter to clean my kitchen drain. The plumber (Larry) arrived on time, was friendly and polite, worked very efficiently, and cleared the drain. He clearly knew what he was doing because when an unexpected problem arose, he was easily able to figure out a solution. He cleaned up after the job (always a nice touch) and offered some useful advice. Overall, a positive experience. My only complain is that the fuel charge of $20 is not justifiable. Gas prices are quite low now and, more to the point, there is no reason that a surcharge is applied by a firm that depends entirely on house-calls.

    Cleared bathtub drain

    Larry Toll did a fantastic job clearing a difficult old bathtub drain. We thought it was going to be a difficult expensive fix to replace the drain but he cleared it with the roto-rooter. Big relief!

    Various minor plumbing repairs

    Mr rooter came to fix a dripping p trap and replace 2 toilets. They were quick, quote was thorough and clear and the work was exactly the cost of the quote. They honour their warranties as I had to get them to come back once. Overall I continue to use them and would recommend them. They aren't the cheapest plumbers but their warranty and reputation is worth the higher cost to me.

    Drainage issues

    There was heavy rain and i found a lot of water in my crawlspace. I thought my weeping tiles needed to be cleared so called mr rooter. This is the first time I've had to call a plumber so chose based on reviews. Larry T was my plumber and he was fantastic. We discussed what had happened and what i thought the problem could be. I have a serious issue with tree roots in my crawlspace so we thought those may be causing damage. Larry explained all the options and the pricing associated with the best case and worst case scenarios. Long story short - we used a camera through my drains and saw that while they could use a cleaning (which Larry did), they were in good shape. He was very thorough and at no point did i feel he was rushing through the job! He also did a plumbing check on my house which was great! No issues were found and i now feel confident about my (old) house's plumbing. This was a great experience and i will call them for any future plumbing issues that come up!

    Bathroom sink and main shut off replacement

    They were very quick and very efficient and very pleasant They came the very same day that I called and even fixed my toilet which was running for no extra charge
