    Toilet water line exploded

    Water line to toilet broke, called mr rooter and they came pretty quick! Work was done well, process was explained well and it couldnt have gone much better considering our bathroom was full of water!

    Clogged bathtub

    Solid work by Jason on our clogged bathtub drain! He took the time to figure out the connections on our older home, and walked me through his assessment of the problem. Though at one point it looked like some major replacement behind the walls might have been needed, he patiently and cautiously worked the plunger and auger to get things sorted. The dispatcher kept us up to date with his arrival time as well.

    Uncluged the bathroom sink

    Thanks Jason in Ottawa, you did a great job! I'd recommend this company knowing now that they can deliver on time on target. A tiny bit on the expensive side but hey, you can trust they will leave when the job is complete.

    Plumbing issue

    No water was coming from one of the faucets outside my home. Ryan and Will quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. They also performed a thorough inspection of the plumbing in my entire home and addressed minor issues. They were efficient, competent and professional and I would highly recommend their services.

    Plumbing

    Richard was amazing and really help us out. Great service, thank you very much. I will recommend everyone that I know to this company. We need more people like this

    Outstanding Service

    Richard persisted and performed far beyond the normal level. Cleared a long standing blockage with professionalism and a positive attitude. Have already recommended these guys to my friends at work.

    toilet problems

    Good Morning, I was amazed by the kind of service Mr. Richard Reise and his helper (I believe it was Jackson) provided today, September 28, 2017. He fully explained the problems found and provided solutions. The estimation was clearly explained. After the problem was solved, he provided advise on how to properly use the toilet taking in consideration that the toilet was the appropriate one for my mother's needs. He also proposed other solution, i.e. the installation of a better toilet. It is the first time in my 34 years in Canada when I received such an exceptional services for any kind of problems related to the house maintenance and repairs.

    Quick service call

    Had a severely clogged sink. Called Rooter. They did a good job, sink is no longer clogged. But come on, a job that took less than 45 minutes cost $400??? And a $20 gas charge? Give me a break. I will never use Rooter again as their work may be good, but their cost is far too expensive!

    Leaky toilet

    Richard R. From Mr Rooter was very helpful and informative, he assessed the situation quickly and was able to offer several recommendations. The job was done fast and there was no mess for us to clean after.

    replacing old water pipes in laundry area

    Jeremy was here and did a superb job. Have used Mr. Rooter numerous times always very pleased with prices ,service and technician's and office staff with there helpfulness. Thank you
