    Plugged Floor Drain

    Larry is a polite, knowledgeable plumber. He patiently answered all questions posed and completed the job successfully. We are pleased with the prompt service of this company and do not hesitate to recommend it.

    wet basement

    floor drain backed up. Not able to solve problem but good diagnosis. Technician came at about 1am. Good response time and friendly service. Camera put in sewer drain and floor drain

    plumbing repair

    Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. This was the second time that Jeremy had worked for us and we would certainly get him again. He was very good at explaining everything to us.

    Drain headaches

    I am a repeat customer. They are an extremely professional team. This time, Larry worked very hard to solve our problem on a Friday evening. I have always been very satisfied with their work. Are definitely my go to plumbing team.

    Toilet repair

    I am very happy with the work Larry did yesterday. I had purchased a part for the job which didn't fit. The technician had the appropriate part to do the repair. I was also able to return the part because he left it in resalable condition. :) I also appreciated the discounts applied to my bill, making it more affordable. I also liked the free plumbing exam of all the house's plumbing. I am a repeat customer because the previous jobs have been done so well. Thanks Rita Moore

    Dran pipe clean out

    I had a blocked drain in my basement. Mr Rooter came in on a Friday night to fix the issue. The technician that was sent to the job (Guy) was courteous, professional and friendly, and he worked efficiently yet thoroughly. I am very pleased with the work, and would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and Guy to anyone looking for plumbing services.

    Plumbing in Bathroom

    I would like to say being my first time calling Mr. Rooter I was very happy with the service I received with Luc. He did a great job fixing our plumbing in our washroom. I would like to mention that not always you get someone at your door with a smile and patience as he was especially hearing that he was on call and had just got home when called to my house. I was very impressed. He was very detailed and very patience and even offered to redo the seal when my toilette was not leveled properly this is not always the case when someone comes over they are usually in a hurry and want the job done quickly. I would like to thank him for his work he did a great job and especially the smile was greatly appreciated from beginning to end of the job. If ever I need a plumber in the future I will surely call Mr. Rooter in the condition I get Luc again. Tell Luc to keep on smiling it leaves a lasting impression.

    Larry Toll of Mr Rooter knew his plumbing for sure

    I was in a panic, my basement was flooding, through the floor drain, every time I used water in the house. I called the city, and they told me I had to sign a waiver, indemnifying them of any damage. I was now really in a panic. I called Mr. Rooter and Larry Toll showed up. He was professional, knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently. Larry came in under estimate, and made really great recommendations for work needing to be done. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Larry Toll.

    Frustrating Faucet

    I was trying to replace an old faucet and got frustrated because I couldn't remove it. I called Mr. Rooter because I liked that they didn't charge differently for time of day. The service was excellent right from making the appointment to getting the work done. Larry Toll showed up on time and had a great attitude. He really knew his stuff and got the faucet removed in a matter of minutes. I was totally not expecting it, but he decided not to charge me for the service since it was so quick. This really demonstrated to me that he was honest and fair. Also, pretty cool that the company would give him this latitude. I wouldn't hesitate to give Mr. Rooter a call again.
