    Always professional, always thorough. I've had this company do a variety of plumbing jobs over the years and always happy with the service. Had the pleasure of meeting Bruce today, though in the unfortunate circumstances of a blocked main line that needed cleaning out. His expertise was very much appreciated, and he took the time needed to solve the problem. Thanks, Bruce.

    Toilet Leak - Too Expensive to Fix

    The Service Call Rep and the Service Technician were absolutely amazing and compassionate with my circumstance as I experienced water damage. Excellent communication and fantastic people! The only issue is how much it would have cost me to have a new washer and valve. Parts are less than $100 but Labour is $500!!! This review won't allow me to deselect that I paid for it. Can you imagine over $600 for this work! I can't afford that! The Service Technician made sure I would not have further water damage before he left. Really appreciated this. Now I can't use my toilet though

    Outside

    Our Plumber Ryan was knowledgeable, efficient and resolved our plumbing issue on time and on budget. I would highly recommend him.

    75 year old bathtub / plumbing leak

    Ryan and Carl (maybe Karl) were prompt, courteous and efficient. Dealing with ancient kit, and strange sized attachments, they managed to save the tub; and have everything sealed up and working in one afternoon. Great job!

    Unclogging a kitchen drain

    Ryan and Carl did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and explained all my options. The options were to unclog the drain or to replace the existing pipes under the sink and to make sure that the clog was cleared. I chose to replace the 42 year old pipes and they did the work in a timely manner. They kept me informed throughout the process and cleaned up everything before they left. I definitely will use them again.
