I called Mr. rooter and Lucas came out and fixed the showerhead in the bathtub water converter the part was broken inside I am so pleased with the results above and beyond, excellent service

Technician Brandon was professional and very courteous. Was able to quickly assess needs and performed task quickly and efficiently. Treated call as a courtesy call and didn't charge for his time. Will certainly call on Mr. Rooter again.

Lucas from Mr. Rooter turned out at 8pm on Thanksgiving eve in Ottawa to solve a nasty backup in a drain in our condo. He was very prompt, professional , and pleasant to deal with. Thanks!.

We had a hot water tank leak and the technician confirmed our tank should be replaced on a Friday afternoon of the Thanksgiving long weekend. We have an infant and toddler and needed a new tank installed asap. Brandon was able to secure a new tank and install it that same afternoon. He took the time to explain the necessary safety details and its operation upon completion of the job. He was very polite and efficient and we are very happy with the result and will use Mr. Rooter's services when the need arises again.

This was a big project. To say I was stressed about it, is an understatement. The job required cutting through the basement floor and trenching down to the existing (failed) cast iron as well as excavating my front yard and replacing the failed line to the City. In addition to this, they had to correct what the first company did when they (the first company) removed the cast iron stack and replaced it. All I can say is this was the best experience of 'home renovation' I have ever had. Lucas, Chris, Greg, Conner, Zach, Simon and a really nice gentleman I met but for a few moments after he washed my basement floors clean, (I had clean baseboards, people!) was the most awesome team of professionals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They even showed up with plastic to cover my walls from all the dust that would be kicking up in the process. (I had already taken the time to tarp my furniture and cover my basement walls in plastic.) The unexpected cherry on top was at the end, they covered the excavated portion of my front lawn with fresh topsoil so I could seed. They booked the job for four days, but they were done in 3.5 which included the City inspectors' ok. I am so very grateful I chose Mr. Rooter to take care of my "reno". It wasn't inexpensive and (I know) there is at least one more affordable company out there. But if you have to turn around and have the work done, correctly, are you really saving money? Take it from me, Mr. Rooter is worth your business. And their work is warrantied. So, you know they will work hard so that you won't have to see them again.

I had a slow draining double sink that would back up after a while. Grant the drain technician arrived on time. He provided me with my options and allowed me to make an informed decision. I opted to have a cleanout pipe installed and to have the drain cabled. Once the drain was cleared, Grant checked it several times to ensure that it drained perfectly. Once the tests were successful Grant cleaned up the area completely. Great efficient and thorough Job by Mr. Rooter.
