We had heard noises in the night and in the morning found that the roof was torn up and a hole had been made into the attic. Joe from S.N.A.P. came at the time he said he would and began his inspection of our attics. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He secured the attics and repaired the hole. He followed up with a call the next day to see if the animal had returned. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

If you are looking for a reliable, kind, honest pest control person, stop searching!! I found Joe through homestars and gave him a call having read all of these awesome reviews. Even though I was willing to wait, Joe and I set up an appointment for him to come check out our situation almost immediately (free of charge). He was great right from the get-go. He was approachable, listened to my concerns, and knew right away that we had some rat visitors in the crawl space beneath our living room. We had thought that it was raccoons, but he was sure it was rats given his knowledge. After spending plenty of time with him reviewing our options, on the spot we set a date for a few days later for him to come back to complete the work (he was just that great!). Joe and his helper, Arthur (who was also a sweetheart) arrived right when they said they would and went to work digging deep trenches by the crawlspace, so that the rats (and every other pest!) couldn't get in. They installed mesh and gravel and filled it all up. While they were at it, they found a bunch of junk in the crawl space from the previous owners of our house and they took a bunch of it out for us, too. In his work, Joe found that one of the support beams of the addition on our house had actually been eaten away by carpenter ants!! He could pull it down bit by bit with his bare hands!! Joe showed me and then proceeded to put a new piece of wood in where the old stuff fallen apart and made sure that it was solid. This was one of MANY extras that Joe did. He and Arthur were at our house from 9am until 7:30pm and didn't even take a break!! I tried to make Joe stop to eat pizza at lunchtime and he insisted on working right through. Joe is a great guy with an amazing work ethic and he will be our first call for anything pest related from now on. I also told him that he'd better be careful... he's so good I'm going to tell everyone I know... he might be terribly busy from now on...! Stop reading and call Joe. You'll be in good hands. :)

Accidently found a hole on my roof, panic!!! Pick up the phone called Snap Pest Control, Joe showed up at my door within 10 minutes. Surperised!!! Start from there, he professinoally handled the problem, very well done! Thanks Joe! Sandy

Joe from Snap came out on a Saturday morning right away after discovery of a raccoon. Joe took care of the raccoon and was completely respectful of my home. I wouldn't call anyone else if there are ever issues again. Joe went the extra mile too, and did a full sweep of the house for mice and made sure all was good. thanks JOE!

We had been hearing scratching noises in our main floor ceiling for a couple of weeks. We called in one company, and the person they sent was not very attentive, didn't listen to us very well, and ultimately recommended treating the entire house. I called Joe, and he thoroughly went over the house, answered all of my questions, and established that we did NOT in fact have a full house infestation. We treated the one problem area, and saved money doing so.

Joe is the ultimate professional and did a wonderful job for my parents to rid them of the squirrels problem. He made numerous trips to the property on various occasions installing trap doors, installing wiring mesh around the roof vents, repairing and installing a roof vent etc. His general positive attitude and good nature makes it a pleasure to hire Joe. I would definately hire him again.

Joe from Snap came right away when we discovered a rat in the house. Friendly, knowledgable, professional and very thorough he evaluated the interior and exterior of the house and set baits. Haven't seen any signs of a rat since.

Jo is incredibly knowledgable... We didn't have an infestation - he made that clear (one is too many in my books). "Don't, worry and don't spend - this is what we'll need to do." And so he did it. He came back to check up, when I saw one after three months - very common according to my own research, not his talk - and explained how the nasty bug works. Put me at ease. Did another non-stinky dust/gel... I hope I don't ever need to call him again, but if it comes to that, he's my guy for sure.

Joe was very pleasant to deal with. He spotted several spots on the exterior of the house to patch up as they were potential entry points for mice. He also found several spots on the interior to block off, and laid many baits throughout the house. When my tenants called saying they still had a mouse, Joe came for a follow up to assess how the initial work had gone, and made some additional patches, and laid new traps to bring this issue to a close. He is knowledgeable and helpful and fair on his pricing. The trifecta of a good contractor! thanks joe!
