My kitchen and main floor were recently invaded by some very aggressive carpenter ants. The minute food was left unattended, it was covered with 5 or 6 ants, in literally under a minute. Joe of SNAP did a thorough inspection of all possible points of entry, treated areas where nests might have been established, and then monitored ant activity. He then treated the whole ground floor, and committed to follow up visits. There is no sign of an ant anymore, thank goodness. Joe was informative and effective. I'd recommend him to anyone with this problem.

I have being using Joe at Snap Pest control since his inception. As a property manager is imperitive to have reliable and cost effective pest control. Thanks to Joe, we do not have any problems and our tenanats are very satisfied. Snap Pest Control visits our properties on a monthly basis and as such, there never is a problem. In the past I have used different pest control services with very poor results. None have been reliable and none did the job they were contracted to do. Honesty in this business is greatly lacking but not with Joe and Snap Pest Control. I highly recommend Joe and his services.

Once discovered a raccoon in my roof I called several companies and their costs were all over the place. The first company I called was 360 and they messed up the appointment and so I canceled them. i contacted Ice and they were okay but expensive. Then I contacted hawkeye and again were expensive. Lastly, I contacted Snap and talked to a guy named Joe Bruno. We set an appointment and he showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and I could relate to him. Wow, he was amazing. He visited my home 3 times and we caught the mother. then I met Frank his partner and again he was amazing. Frank was able to get the babies out with no damage to the animals or my home. There service was outstanding. Good job guys as I will refer your talent to my friends and others. Thank you.

Thank you so much joe!! With your help i finally feel as though we are the tennants and not our furry foe's. We were on contract with a larger pest contral company that has in 7 months of contract work not even made a dent in the problem. Along came Joe and with in a month we've had an immense drop in the amount rats in our place. thank you so much for not only helping us solve the problem but teaching us a little about how to keep up with it on our own as well.

Snap showed up on demand to take care of large rodents in our rafters. It took 4 visits to complete the job, as there were raccoons and squirrels in there, and one of them got into the house. They did a great job and even came on Christmas eve when things got tense. Best of all, it was all included in th eprice -- excellent value for money. These guys were friendly, focused and took care of business.

A few weeks ago, I had Frank from Snap Pest control over to rid me of my mice problem in my home. He was so professional, helpful and patient fielding my endless questions. I highly recommend this company! No signs of mice. Thanks Frank!

We called Joe on a recommendation from a friend. We had mice in a semi-detached home that was also a triplex. Not only did he not shy away, he did a full inspection of the house, fixed holes, and laid traps. We have a dog, a baby, and cats and he made sure that nothing would affect them. Finally, when a few mice popped up a few months later, he returned and made it his misson to ensure that we were mouse free. So satisfied and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Joe was extremely helpful from the moment of answering the phone. He was flexible with his times and fit us in to his day with only a few hours notice. He was friendly and even helped one of our tenants move her bed down from the 2nd floor apartment. His attention to detail and knowledge really helped instill confidence in both myself and tenant. Joe was great. Thorough, friendly and hard-working. Told me he may have to come back if first time didn't fully correct the problem (he said you can't always get rid of mice in 1-shot, thanks for the honesty!). The problem went away for a few weeks but a few mice were left. I called him to come back and he did - the next day! There was no extra charge, all part of their guarantee. We haven't had a mouse since. I would definitely recommend him.
