One night I heard banging noises in the house which I finally narrowed down to the furnace room. After searching on Home Stars I called Snap at 7:30 am. Jim showed up at 8:20 am. He searched the room, checked my dryer, then opened up the furnace where he located a dead mouse. He installed wire mesh on my hot water heater, furnace and dryer vents which was much appreciated. Unfortunately he forgot to switch the power back on for the furnace and A/C so I had to call someone else to fix that. Oh well. nobody's perfect.....

Joe was extremely friendly and thorough. He did an excellent job identifying points of entry and solutions to my problem. I would recommend Joe to all of my friends and family.

My house was overrun with mice. Until I called Joe. Not only was he the most reasonably priced, he educated me about things I never would have thought about. He gave me tips that saved me a lot of money in the long run, it certainly didn't make him any money, and kept the mice away. But I will recommend him to everybody I know!

Joe Bruno delivered excellent quality service at an affordable rate. I discovered carpenter ants outside my house and immediately called SNAP Pest Control (referral from a friend). These ants are very large and eat through wood. Using an innovative technique to locate their nest, he discovered them in the garage in the eves-troughs. Joe was steadfast in his commitment to get rid of all the ants - and he did just that. He used multiple tactics to exterminate them all and even dropped by a couple weeks later to check in and ensure the problem was solved - which it was. Overall, Joe was very professional, kind and committed to delivering top quality service. I trust the ants are gone forever and I have SNAP Pest Control to thank!

Found a bee nest in the tree hanging over my driveway that I swear wasn't there the day before! Called SNAP and Joe was able to make it out for removal within the hour....actually he was early! Removal was quick and professional. Would definitely recommend SNAP to anyone needing pest control services.

After three days of waking up to find a small but alarming and swarming mass of ants under my living room i called Joe Bruno of Snap Pest Control on Canada Day.I found his company on the web and it was one of the few offering 24/7 service. He was kind enough to squeeze me in that afternoon before heading north to join his family at a cottage. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed where the ants were coming in and sprayed ant-killing dust in all the right places. I hate calling people without a personal referral but in this case I hit the jackpot and would not hesitate to recommend Joe and his company to anyone needing help with any pests from insects to raccoons. Thank you Joe for the great service and the great conversation that followed on my deck over a cold drink. It was a quick job and Joe wouldn't take any money, so i gave him two of my best bottles of wine. Next time i have trouble, Joe will get the call.

Joe came to my house the day after I spoke to him to inspect the situation and give me a quote. Within a few days of my call, he and his partner installed a wire mesh barrier a foot or so deep around the area where the rats were digging to enter the building. He also baited the area and will return to replenish the bait when needed. Other exterminators I had spoken with and or dealt with were only willing to bait the holes and did not offer more permanent solutions.

Joe and his partner showed up and were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a very good job with spraying the entire interior/exterior of my house and even ended up helping my husband uproot some stubborn roots in the backyard. Very nice guys, I would definitley hire them again.
