Reply created 4 Sep 2013Hello Wendy, thank you for the great review and mentioning that we are available on a Sunday too, most people assume all companies are closed on Sunday, just with your mention here, we noticed a spike on weekend calls. I am glad we found your leak, feel free to call us anytime you have any questions, we are open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm

Happy Birthday too and I hope your party was a good one as it was hot yesterday, probably didn't need the heater as the 30 degree weather sure felt warmer. For other client's reading our response and the review, we simple try our best to see if we can fix the problem immediately, or find a temporary solution for short term use, and do the repair as quickly as we can get our hands on the parts required. If there is something beyond what we can do, we let you know immediately and forward a name and phone number to you of someone who is licensed, insured, and experienced who can fix the issue, in this case, a licensed gas technician as it was something beyond our expertise. We treat your home and pool as if it was our personal property and give the utmost respect and care to ever client.
