    Pool Opening

    I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but in this case I had to as I was blown away by the level of service these guys provided. Due to the warm winter we had a very green pool that needed to be swim-able in 4 days. Lenni and his team made 5 visits in 3 days to make that happen. And he didn't charge me an extra penny for the extra chemicals or extra visits. I've been using another guy for the last 3 years and feel stupid for sticking with him for that long. Lenni and his team opened my pool, vacuumed it (4 times), turned on the heater and even did some tightening of the bolts on my filter to make sure the suction was good...all at a price that was less than what my previous guy used to charge me to just open the pool. He's got a customer for as long as I own a swimming pool.

    Closing inground pool for winter

    I've found this company on Kijiji website & was very happy that I did. It was so easy to contact Lenni & set up appointment for a convenient time for me. We just bought our first house & happened to be with the biggest pool ever which we dreamed of but have no clue how to take care of it. Lenni was very quick & efficient doing the job & not only but was very helpful in explaining to us thoroughly how & what to do in order to avoid any unnecessary damage. Will definitely recommend their service to my friends! Looking forward to the opening in May for which I've already set up an appointment! Amazing! ;)

    Fixed leak in pool

    Lenny and his crew are the best, consummate professionals you will meet. After another company came to start repairing the leak, told me they would be back next day, they left my pool disconnected and water not circulating. After trying to contact them for almost a week I got a nasty email saying to find another contractor. This all happened in June 2011 which is peak season for pool contractors, Lenny was at my place in a few short days from original contact. Very reasonably priced and does good work. I will definitely be using Lenny for all of my future pool needs. Highly recommended.

    New above ground pool liner, repair pool walls & wood deck

    When our liner developed a leak, my husband and I turned to Homestars to find a contractor who could replace it. I admit that we were a little hesitant since we had read a few postings doubting the 10 star rating of so many contractors on this site. However, Lenni knows the special formula - provide excellent advice and service at a fair price in a timely manner. That's Premier Pool Group's secret to their excellent star ratings. We trust and value Lenni's advice and would not hesitate to recommend this company for any project, no matter how large or small.

    New liner installation

    Like many others, we came across Lenni via Homestars (coincidentally he installed a pump 2 years earlier on contract from a local pool store) in Fall 2010 to provide a quote on a new liner. We also got quotes from a few other companies but none of them inspired much confidence for a proper installation and Premier's pricing was competitive with all others. One of the things that led us to go with Lenni was the attention he paid in explaining the installation process and taking us to pools in the area to show us different liners he had installed. Rather than pushing us to do the install in the fall, we agreed to talk in March. This spring Lenni reached out to us to begin choosing a liner pattern and dropped off some samples. Once we had decided and booked a date, Lenni and his crew were quick to get the old liner removed, inspect the steel and concrete (thankfully no issues!) and arranged for the pool to be measured and liner ordered. Once ready, the new liner was installed in a day and it fit like a glove. Filling took a couple of days and Lenni returned once the pool was mostly full, to complete the process. We are thrilled with the way the pool looks (like new). We chose Sandstone, no border and now have the measurements and a reliable source if we need a winter covered made in the future. Lenni nevered pushed us to do unnecessary repairs or changes and we'll be sure to call on Premier for any future pool needs.

    Major Pool Equipment Upgrade

    We found Lenni from HomeStar to close our pool last fall after we move into our current place, it has a 20+ years old swimming pool and I never dealt with swimming pool before. We read his reviews and then called him. From the short conversation we sense this is the guy who knows his stuff. So we had Lenni and Jodie to close our pool and discussed upgrade of our heater, pump, filter and convert to salt water. Lenni explained our options and related long term benefits, then produced two quotes for different options. We started project this May. It was a multiple-day project, from open pool (I have to say they did a great job to close the pool, the water was clear blue when the pool was uncovered), removal of old equipment, install new equipment, plumbing, and testing to configuration of control panel/remote. We had some hiccup due to manufacturer’s inaccurate information. With his busiest schedule of year, Lenni spent many his own evenings to come over to reconfigure our equipment, even after a long day of hard working and used the time he should spend with his kids. After all his great work, went above and beyond, he completed the project before my daughter’s first pool party. It was a great party, and now we are enjoying the pool no matter rain or shine. We are so happy to take Lenni’s suggestion to have the high efficiency configuration. The pool (32ft by 16ft) was heated from 55 to 77 in 24 hours, cost us very little on hydro. Thank you Lenni!!! I had experience with many contractors, I have to say Lenni is different: he cares, he cares the customers and he cares his work. You really should watch how Lenni, Jodie and his guys do their work, just like an assembly line, efficient, accurate with great result. I will definitely have Lenni back to close our pool this season. And I will recommend Lenni in a heartbeat to my friends, neighbours, and everyone else has a pool.

Every time I am working away in the humidity I think of all the clients who have changed over their old gas heaters to the heat exchange pumps and wondering to see how quickly they can get their heat up to 104 lol, I know you will see the savings in a very short time and the long term satisfaction knowing all you have to do is push a button, the rest will will follow with ease & comfort.     Pool Inspection, Opening, New Liner, Guidance

    Our story all started back over the winter when we purchased a new 'older' home that had an inground salt water pool in its backyard. Purchased during the winter, we had to purchase sight unseen at the Seller's word; having received confirmation that another pool company had serviced and closed the pool the fall prior. After taking possession and with the weather improving, I didn't know where to turn, having never operated a pool myself prior. I begin searching for help. I called one company that came by and 'assessed' our pool, walking around with their hands in the pockets most of the visit; looking with their eyes only and charging me $60 for the assessment. I was not comfortable with their 'hands off' attitude and their labour charge for performing no labour. I continued my search and I found HomeStars.ca Lennie's Premier Pool Group came out on top; with a steady stream of 10/10 reviews that sounded too good to be true. I hestitated, seeing that Lennie was based out of the west end of the GTA; but his HomeStar.ca profile showed that he serviced Markham. I emailed him and he responded. I phoned him and he answered. I asked him for answers and he gave them. He arrived to assess our new pool and got his hands and feet dirty; I can assure you; in freezing water at the bottom of my pool in March; his assessment; attempts to fix our liner and open our pool; and in the end, after numerous visits and attempts; arranged for a custom liner measure and installation. This wasn't in our move budget; but Lennie assured us that it was the 'best' direction for us. Lennie has explained everything he has done; provided me, the home owner, the education that I needed; has 'held my hand' through the first two months of pool ownership and has impressed my wife and I the entire time with his dedication to his clients. I know that despite Lennie's very busy schedule; he has time to take my calls and answer my emails when I need advice or direction. Without hesitation, I endorse and would recommend Lennie to anyone with a pool that needs help, needs advice, needs quality service and quality workmanship. Thank you Lennie. I know that you'll be there for us now and in the future. We expect to be calling Lennie back at the end of the season to take advantage of his Custom Safety Pool Cover Installation and Closing Deal.

    Hello Don Thanks for the review here on Homestars.com, if I may say so, your pool was definately one of the best stories I can tell this year, me standing in 3' of freezing cold water for 2+ hours trying to find & repair every little hole that would show up in March & April, even during a snow storm lol, thats a first! You know first hand,and thanks a million for the warm coffee and towel. Like most real estate calls I receive, there are many issues that are not always seen before the purchase. We did try our best to salvage the old liner for 1 more season but the old liner was a sure challenge, I am glad you decided to have a new one installed as this summer is looking like your family is going to be spending alot of time swimming. I want to thank you also for letting our kids play together while we worked away to get the project finished on time & on budget as quoted.     Swimming Renovation

    I found Premier Pool Group through a google search. Lenni Walton came to my home and we discussed upgrading our pool equipment as it is 24 years old. Lenni had given us a written quote and a time frame of when the project would start and when it would be completed. He also mentioned Homestars website where I could read other clients reviews on his work. We had a few other quotes already too from other companies. Lenni's quote was within our budget and exactly what we anticipated the cost would be. A contract was drafted up for deposits, time frames of work completion, changes along the renovations, and any issues that came up not seen in the start, he was in constant communication with me before any work would be authorized. Lenni & his team came into our backyard daily, each of his team knew exactly what their job was and everyone worked on each of their own projects without delay. They're really hard working individuals who know their products, service and scheduling. All in all, we are extremely happy with their service. We now have a new backyard. Our purchases include a new pump, heater, salt system, timer to save power, cartridge system, liner and safety cover. There will be more to come next season with regards to landscaping and new patio stones around the pool and Premier Pool Group will be getting all of our work from now on. I have even recommended them to fellow co-workers who are currently in the process of working with Lenni and his team. With this kind of service I am sure his business will be around a long time.     install safety pool cover

    Lenni was up to date when it came to the install and warranty on safety pool covers and installed as discussed on time and properly and also confirmed a discount when opening the pool spring time due to the safety cover being used

    pool set up, pool upgrades, pool closing

    If you are looking for an experienced, honest and reliable pool expert,Lenni Walton of Premier Pool Group is the man. From the first call to the closing of our pool, we have only received the best service and advise. When we found out we needed to upgrade our electrical, Lenni found us a guy and monitored all the electrical work. We have many things on our wish list of to do's and we will certainly have Lenni manage the jobs. All I can add is if you are looking for professional, honest, reliable in a company Lenni Walton and Premier Pool Group is it.
