I found Premier Pool Group through Kijiji and liked what I read as apposed to the other ads. Lenni Walton answered the call on his cell phone within a couple of rings and we discussed my situation. We were buying a new home and wanted a inspection before we proceeded. Lenni inspected our pool, listed what needed to be replaced, what was missing and what was perfectly fine. After we bought the home, we called him again and asked him to give us a quote on a new liner as we did not like the looks of the one in the pool of the new home we just purchased. He informed me during our meeting in my backyard that the liner was only approximately 6 years old and that there was nothing wrong with it.
I simply did not like the pattern as it looked like rocks were in my pool, so we sat down and went through several different pattern and also discussed installing a safety cover while we were waiting for the liner to be made. The one you can walk on in the winter, as we have a dog and I don't want her falling into the pool. The next day he sent me a written estimate as we discussed, including the breakdown of payments and the schedule of when things would happen to begin.
Lenni not only surpassed my expectation, but was willing to go out of his way to answer all my questions by phone, email, and in person as our schedules are so busy. He is a honest, hard working business man and has the most adorable children. Keith, Maddison, & Tye you're more than welcome to come over for a swim anytime you little darlings.
I cannot begin to thank Lenni Walton of Premier Pool Group for such a lovely job they did from begining to end. Very clean & professional in appearance, the way they work, tools were always neatly put away at the end of the day, garbage was never left on my property at any point and I enjoy a care free pool daily. I am looking at having friends and family over more often now, and Lenni is apart of our family now too.
