    Pool inspection, opening & maintenance

    Lenni and crew did a pool inspection prior to us buying the house, and accurately identified all the issues that came up. He was also able to refer us to other providers to fix issues he couldn't. His pool opening, closing and maintenance was done very professionally, and as a new pool owner, he and his staff took the time to answer questions we had. The only negative about the service is that he can get quite busy, so expect a 1-4 hour window rather than a specific time. For pool maintenance it's not an issue because they come and go on their own schedule. I would recommend Premier Pool Group both for inspections and maintenance.

We prefer to provide a 1-4 hour window of arrival as every pool has different issues and we use this time to ensure the previous client has had sufficient time to ask the questions they need answers to while we are preforming our task, rather then get in quickly & get out. That is a personal pet peeve of mine when dealing with some other contractors. We look forward to seeing you again this up coming season.

    Pool Inspection & Closing 2013, Opening & Closing 2014

    Lenni & the team at Premier Pool group have been great to us since we first hired them to do an inspection of the pool when we were purchasing our house. Since then we have hired them to open and close our pool each season. The work done is fantastic, I don't have to do a thing, And if I'm not at home I simply leave them a cheque in the pool house and no worries. As people who haven't owned a pool previously we have run into situations where we don't know exactly what is going on...a warning light comes on, we're not sure how frequently to do something and all I have to do is call and Lenni & Team are ready to offer their support over the phone and even investigate what potential service codes are for us. Furthermore they always offer an honest opinion regarding what actually needs to be done and when which we find invaluable. Hands down 10 out of 10...well earned! Thanks Premier Pool Group!

    pool opening and closing, making and installing pool cover and changing pool heater

    As a new pool owner, I have had a wonderful start up experience with Lenni and Jodie. They are professional, dutiful and pleasant. I appreciate that they answer all my questions no matter how they sound. They are efficient and trustworthy. Its been two stressless seasons of pool opening and closing, replacing my heater, making and installing my pool cover. Looking forward to the summer with you two.

    Pool Liner Installation & Pool Maintenance

    First off, I would like to say that Lenni and Jodie have provided us with excellent pool service for the past 3 years. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful and honest and they get the job done when they say they will. As relatively new pool owners, we've had the misfortune of dealing with a dishonest and far less efficient pool company prior to finding Premier Pool Group on....HomeStars of all places! So I have to send out a big "Thank you!" to HomeStars as well for providing such a great service for consumers. Lenni & Jodie have saved us a lot of money with their knowledge and expertise. They only deal with suppliers that have quality equipment and products. This was very helpful when our poor quality pool heater (purchased from the first pool company we used) died after 2 years of use. Lenni installed a far superior brand which was reasonably priced and we've had hassle-free operation ever since. Aside from the heater install and many efficient pool openings and closings, we also had a new pool liner installed at the beginning of last summer (2014). Premier Pool Group had a great selection of liners to choose from and we were so happy that the job was done (as promised) before our daughter's birthday/pool party at the end of May. They really went out of their way to make sure the project was completed on time and the liner was installed perfectly to meet their high standards of quality workmanship. For that we thank them very much and....our pool looks great! Overall, I have to say if you're looking for a quality pool company that provides excellent service from experienced professionals at reasonable prices then you should look no further than Premier Pool Group. We wish we had found them the first time we needed a pool company!

    Pool Services

    What can I say. I have never met such a hard working, trustworthy and honest people. Lenni and Jodie have been taking care of my pool forthe last 6 years. They have been out most professional in their services paying attention to every single need. There always trying to save you money without jeopardizing service and quality. Very, very honest. Will never change them.

    Pool Cover / Services

    I used the high recommendations and praises from Homestars to first try Lenni and the Premiere Pool group a few years ago. An honest and caring company that have removed a lot of the stresses and unknowns from pool ownership. Great safety cover as well. Well deserved 10 out of 10.

    Pool Liner Install - Ongoing Maintenance

    I first came to know Lenni and Jodi when a different contractor let me down and simply walked away from an inground pool install, without finishing the job. Despite this situation, Lenni was more than happy to step in to complete the job and he did so quite fairly. Under the circumstance, another contractor could have taken advantage and billed more, but not Lenni. I felt his charge was more than fair and not punitive. He and his team reacted quickly, finished the install and got the pool opened, for the first time. Suffice it to say, Lenni and Jodi are my only call when it comes to openings and closings, as well as the few maintenance issues that have arisen through normal operation. Lenni's obvious network of contacts is long and he was always able to reach out to the reps from the different manufacturers of the components of my pool's operating system. Most times from his cell phone, right from my backyard. I've dealt with a lot of pool companies over the years, from all of the areas where we have lived and I have to say that the relationship with Lenni and Jodi has been the easiest, but more importantly for me...the most personable! I would recommend them to anyone who has a pool and related equipment need.

    Pool repairs, opening and closing

    We first met Lenni and Jodie when we called them in to attempt to fix a leak in our gunite pool that our former pool service company could not figure out. They thoroughly investigated the problem, found the actual cause and remedied the leak correctly and permanently, saving us several thousand dollars over the other company's incorrect diagnosis. Since then, they have opened and closed our pool annually with great service and competitive prices. We would definitely recommend Premier Pool Group to others.

    Pool Services

    Lenni's team have been excellent to deal with over past several years. We have used them for openings, closings and weekly maintenance. Good, timely service even in busy periods. No complaints.

    Annual Pool Maintenance-Open/Close

    Premier Pool Group are great at what they do. They are very responsive and well organized which is hard to find for services like these. They are very honest and transparent. Having a pool is an added expense to one's lifestyle, therefore, it shouldn't be about the least expensive price, but about the quality of work, trust and overall execution.
