Great service from the start. Rick was very helpful and kind. Kelly and Gabe were very professional and polite when installing. Prepainted is the way to go for sure. We love the door!

Great service and product! Installers were very professional & a pleasure to have in our home for 2 days. Would highly recommend the Northern Comfort team (sales,front office, installers- Rod & Keelyn).

We had our home windows fully replaced. The service was fantastic from top to bottom. Installers were really professional and personable. We had one minor scratch that needed sorting but apart from that we were fully satisfied with the service. I was impressed at how organized the project was and at the end of each day the installers vacuumed and tidied. I would highly recommend Northern Comfort to friends and family. Great value for the money and great service!

Was not overly impressed with sales agent however price and product quality was bang on so decided to go with this company, after making decision I had contacted sales agent with concerns, that is when things went from bad to worst, luckily I went over his head to management with my concerns and they did a good job of making it right so went ahead with install, it was done in one day as promised, however bits of scrap window was left in my yard in all fairness it was winter and the window frame is white so prob an oversight, josh, al and gord where friendly courteous and seem to work well as a team, I asked that any viable material be left behind windows were all scrapped but old doors would have been ok to use for another project but they took them anyways kinda piss off but not the end of the world, in the end the window and doors are exactly what we wanted and price tag was great but wouldn't recommend soley based on the salesmen experience

We had Josh and Al install our windows (P.O. 112242) and they were amazing. Efficient, courteous, friendly and knowledgable and walked us through all operations, maintenance and do's and don't. Windows look awesome. We have recommended Northern Comfort Windows and Doors to many of our friends who have already contacted them. Very pleased overall. Needed bedroom and bathroom windows, and sliding door replaced from a recently purchased house. This was unexpected so it was important to find a company that would do a good job at a fair price. Northern Comfort delivered in both areas. The quality of the product and workmanship exceeded our expectations and the price was very reasonable.Both Lou and Graham did excellent work.

Installation crew was fantastic Darryl the crew lead with the crew of Greg and Borin were very professional. The installation date requested was kept and the job was completed on time of a very tight 3 day install. Darryl, Greg and Borin worked to ensure that quality work was performed and that all possible actions to keep dust and debris to a minimum was taken. The workmanship of the trim work to finish was perfect even with odd angles and shapes of windows. The crew work like a team at all times and were very courteous to not only myself and wife but to each other. The windows are great and the installation crew made it even better. Northern Comfort pricing was very good and the work to get what windows we wanted because of size was tremendous. I would suggest using Northern Comfort and I would definitely recommend asking for Darryl and his crew as they "put the icing on the cake"

The consultation with Barry was a pleasure. He is professional, and confident and listened to what we wanted. Josh and Al replaced a kitchen window, and cutout to install a patio door from a regular door. They were outstanding in workmanship, professionalism, and timeliness. They were friendly and a pleasure to have working in our home. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend the company to others. By far better than other companies we had quotes from for honesty, price and ability to do the work properly. The quality of the product is excellent.
