Basement and stair hardwood
Connie and Todd are the best flooring contractor we have ever worked with. Connie is very knowledgeable about the products and services provided by Masterpiece. She was extremely patient and took the time to explain all the questions we had and understood the concerns we had about putting engineered hardwood over concrete floors with in-floor heating. We ended up choosing Coswik silk oil oak, walnut stain. Todd was very professional with the work and took great care of the smallest details. He was very considerate and cleaned up as he worked and again at the end of each day. We are so happy with the work done by Masterpiece, and recommending them to all our friends and family. It takes a great product and a good installer to have great flooring! We can't thank enough to Connie, Todd and Darryl :)

Hardwood
We had todd in about 11 months ago and i forgot to give a review. Masterpiece sets the bar very high when it comes to customer satisfaction and the quality of work. Todd takes pride in his work and did an amazing job. We could not of been happier, and plan to use him again on our basement.

Elbow Valley
After reading through numerous reviews on Homestars and visiting a number of hardwood retailers in the city, we settled on Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring. We recently purchased a house in Elbow Valley and decided to do a complete main floor renovation (kitchen, 4 bathrooms, fireplace, tiling and flooring). The whole project had a lot of trades coming and going and as luck would have it our timetable was shifting all the time. Masterpeice was able to fit into our schedule perfectly; the work was done on time and the craftsmanship was impeccable. Over several meetings with ourselves, designers and the general contractor, Connie helped us choose the right type of flooring for the house. We picked the Windsor floor from DuChateau. Because the wood had a lot of variety it took a special kind of person to lay it out and put it all together - and Todd was that person. We are so glad that we had Masterpiece Hardwood do our floor. Our floor is beautiful!

Condo Renovation
After reading multiple top notch reviews for Masterpiece Hardwood on Homestars, I chatted with Connie. I needed new flooring throughout my condo and had no idea where to start. Connie assured me she could help and we met. She guided me throughout the whole process, showing me samples to get a feel for what I liked, then coming to my home and lending me samples to "live with". I selected Du Chateau wide plank oak for its unique and rustic feel, which matched my chalet style condo. There was never any pressure to proceed and throughout the process Connie and Todd were polite, personable and professional. Todd completed the job while I was out of town and I trusted him completely. For the size of the job and the quality of the workmanship I felt the job was completed in record time. Todd is a perfectionist and this is clearly reflected in the fine craftsmanship of the installation. I am so thrilled with the look and everyone who comes for a visit is astounded by the floors. I thought these unique floors wouldn't be for everyone, but it seems I was wrong. People are wholeheartedly complimentary of the fine wood and outstanding installation, with attention to every detail. Special carpentry was needed for my stairs and around my stone fireplace and this was completed beautifully. This is an outstanding company and I highly recommend them to you for hardwood installation.

Hardwood floor installation
I was impressed with Masterpiece from the first time I met Todd. He came to my home to help me select an appropriate product. He was willing to source an alternate underlay that met the sound barrier specifications set in my condo bylaws. The quote provided was detailed, clearly specifying costs for various aspects of the work. I liked knowing who was coming to my home to do the installation. Todd takes pride in his workmanship and was very careful with the details. My home was always left as clean and tidy as these things can be, and he finished ahead of schedule. I am thrilled with my hardwood floors and would highly recommend Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring!

Hardwood Floors
We used Masterpiece to replace our flooring with Coswick oiled hardwood. This is by far the best home renovation experience we have experienced. Connie and Todd were great to work with from beginning to end with attention to the customer experience throughout. Connie helped us choose the flooring for the house (which turned out GREAT) and having Todd in our house for the week was a pleasure. He was great with the kids and made sure that he left the house clean and safe each day. All that with amazing quality on the installation. After a month with the new floors we are completely thrilled with how this turned out. Without a doubt, we would use Masterpiece again and recommend them to anyone looking for great quality and service.

Hardwood installation
Todd and Connie were great to work with and provided excellent service. Everything went as scheduled and the quality of the work was excellent. I would hire them again in a heart beat and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to install hardwood floors.

Supply & instally teak hardwood
We had hardwood installed in our upstairs bedrooms & stairs. Connie worked hard to find a golden teak flooring to match our main floor teak we had installed by another company about 6 years ago; that was not an easy find! Todd pays close attention to customer comments, is a superb craftsman & did a great quality installation. Both company owners have a strong desire for good customer service & try hard to get the job done right & on time.

Hardwood installation
We are very pleased with our new hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The service from Connie prior to installation was excellent and Todd and Andy's installation was also excellent. Some unexpected conditions were found when the carpets were removed in our 80+ year old home which extended the time frame for completing the job but they stayed with it until completion. That required working on the weekend but they were sensitive to the fact we had out of town company, checking to make sure if it was ok to continue. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding and they did a great job of cleaning up each day, with dust never being an issue. We are certainly happy to recommend Masterpiece.

Ernest Hemingway engineered flooring
Todd was doing an install for my neighbor so I asked him to come over and give me a quote. He came with some samples and I was able to find one that I really liked. He advised me to read the reviews, which I did. They gave me a price, Connie and Todd were very professional with the contract. He showed up when scheduled , was always pleasant and did a super job! It's been a month and I still absolutely love the floor and so has everyone else who has seen it. I would be happy to recommend Masterpiece flooring to anyone.
