    Hardwood installation

    We found Masterpiece Flooring from the positive reviews on the Homestars website. We did not regret our choice. Upon the initial phone call, Connie was responsive and quick to meet with us in person. We found her to be knowledgeable and helpful as we met several times in order to review our product choices and to work through the best alternatives for us. Her patience paid off as we made the right choice in the end. Further to recommend them, Todd and Daryl even delivered the product to our house themselves when their delivery company balked at sticking to the pre-arranged delivery date! Masterpiece was also flexible in accommodating our timeline requirements and coordinating with other renovations companies who were also working on our home. Once the installation date was reached, we found Todd and Daryl to be friendly and punctual. The 1400 square foot installation was completed within the week as planned and the results were excellent! The product was superb and the quality of the installation was great! We would confidently recommend Masterpiece Flooring to anyone looking for a high-end hardwood installation company.

    Hardwood Install

    I engaged Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring to install hardwood in the upstairs of a home I've recently purchased (previously carpet). Connie came to do the initial estimate and was an excellent resource, both from a quoting perspective and answering any questions I had. She was extremely detailed and spent the time necessary to answer all my questions. Todd and his crew came in to do the install once I got possession of my home. Even with some unexpected surprises under the carpet, Todd and Connie worked with me to find the best solution to resolve them. Todd and Darryl did an amazing job on the floor install (I'm still receiving compliments on the floor install when new visitors come by the home). They were always easy to get a hold of, answered all my questions by phone and email (which were plenty), and executed the job perfectly. It's not often you run into a company that's so committed to their work - Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring is definitely one of them. Highly recommended to anyone looking for help on their flooring projects.

    Main and Upper Floor hardwood

    Masterpiece is the right word for the work done in my home. Connie offered excellent advice on material and visual impact. Todd and Daryl are friendly, professional and accommodating. On time, on budget, perfect installation. Bottom stair was a landing stair and took extra time brushing and oiling. Connie and Todd personally looked after that challenge and the look is perfect. Fit and finish on every level is perfect. I've had compliment after compliment on the install and look. If you have a hardwood install and want a personal feel with top notch professional results, make the call to Masterpiece.

    Hardwood flooring

    After a careful review of flooring companies, we chose Masterpiece because working with Todd and Connie was an awesome experience for us. Their knowledge of product is great. The oak hardwood Connie picked for our bonus room was exactly what we needed and Todd's install was truly professional. He is a pro! We recommend this company to anyone looking for a first rate professional job and look forward to working with them again in the spring when we do our 3 bedrooms. Thank you Masterpiece.     Replace old carpet and old hardwood throughout the house

    We decided to go ahead and replace all the old carpet and hardwood throughout our home. A huge job. I was nervous about the whole process but could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. The group at Masterpiece are awesome. Everyone was very professional and I could not be happier with the end result!

    3 Floors of Hardwood

    What can I say about Masterpiece Hardwood... From start to finish it was nothing but a pleasure. The initial one on one with Connie was fantastic. Nice showroom. Not to overwhelming and great product samples to look at. I was allowed to take may samples home to mull over and decide what we really wanted. Connie and I had many conversations and she gladly answered all my questions and always took the time to make sure I was happy and confident with our choices. We decided on a Coswick product which looks absolutely tremendous. Better installed then I could have imagined. Listen to Connie she cares and knows what she's talking about. She always answers her phone and is always willing to listen to you with any concerns. Now the installers...Mainly Todd and Darryl. What a wonderful job they did. I was home the entire time basically hovering and you can tell from the get go that they actually care. They take the time to answer all questions and the installation is top notch. All cuts including custom stair nosings and custom vent covers are beautiful. Now my fixer upper has a wow factor because of them and I couldn't recommend them enough. They cleaned up after themselves and worked safe. May painter was worried as he painted before installation that he will be back as floor guys always nick and dent walls. Well so far I am yet to find a single issue. I'm picky...I've looked. I do have a basement project coming up in the near future and I will be calling them back 100% to carry on with there fabulous job. Call Masterpiece Hardwood you'll be thanking me later. Price is very fair and remember you get what you pay for. The ease of mind, getting a job well done is well worth it. Thanks again and keep up the great work!!! Sean

    Hardwood

    We would definitely recommend Connie for anyone thinking about hardwood, we haven't have chance to do the business due to our short dead line though. We met with Connie and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

    Replacing hardwood in the main level

    We had our floor installed in May. It was the best experience doing Reno with Todd & Connie. They are both knowledgable and helpful. After they finished the project, we had an accident with our new floors and both Todd & Connie came over to help us to fix that. They are so great and definitely I would recommend them to whoever wants a great hardwood installed in their home.

    hardwood refinishing

    We would definitely recommend Todd and Connie for anyone thinking about hardwood. We first met with Connie and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful teaching us all about the different types of wood/colours. We met Todd at the house and he was also extremely friendly and they both seemed to genuinely care about us. This came through when we had a slight issue that Todd promptly resolved and made it right. I know for a fact that other contractors wouldn't have gone the extra mile like he did. The fact that he followed up with us and went the extra mile really impressed me and made me realize that they do care for their customers. And the work on the floors was top notch! Awesome workmanship. Thanks Todd and Connie. I have been telling my story to everyone at work!

    Hardwood Floors

    We had Masterpiece in to do our hardwood floors in April 2014 and they were fantastic. Connie did an excellent job with the samples she brought us and never rushed us into any decision. Very down to earth, friendly people. Todd and Darryl are true craftsmen, our floors/mouldings look incredible. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again.
