    Replaced windows

    Very knowledgeable great workmanship awesome crew couldn’t be happier thanks! Would recommend QSi to anyone who needs to replace old windows. Also the crew was able to persevere some unexpected weather.

    Good Service, Quality Product

    We were told that our sliding door would have to be customized but QSI came out and measured - and it wasn't a custom door at all. They installed both a sliding door and a back door. Our area gets very strong winds and pounding rain - their doors sealed tight against the elements. We have been very pleased so far with the quality and the service. They called us and offered us a deal on any other doors or windows and so we have ordered a third door from them. Just waiting for the install. The salesman was great to work with and the installers showed up on time and took great care in installing the doors properly. Thanks!

    New back door

    Qsi was very professional. James who did the initial estimate was very patient with us and answered all our questions. Ive had a few hiccups but I have been very happy how they have been handled so far. They were quick to come up with a solution.

    New windows and doors purchased and installed

    We have had two positive experiences with QSI. Our experience from the beginning sales consultation, the measurement appointment, prompt replies to questions and concerns from the office, installation of windows and doors and rebate submission was excellent. The team of installers were respectful of our home, courteous, conscientious and skilled at their jobs.

    exterior windows

    Replaced 16 windows in our home

    No one told us how dark our house would be inside. Windows are triple paned and I’m sure that they are very energy efficient but our house is so dark inside during the day that you have to turn lights on. Glass is tinted, screen is tinted. Chris the installer was very nice but the company did make a number of errors.

    Replacement doors (3) and removal of sills to lower the step through the door

    Very well done, finished very nicely. Workers always cleaned up after themselves. Very little intrusion or dust into our home.

    We had 6 windows, 2 patio doors and 1 entry door replaced.

    The work started very close to the time frame that was predicted when we signed the contract. The only problem was that one window had to be reordered because it was not the correct size but that was corrected within a reasonable time. Since QSI was already connected to the Green On program that was all taken care of by their company. QSI was also very quick to solve any isues.
