    Home Window Replacement

    We were quite impressed with the quality of the installation and our installation team as they worked hard and provided a quality product. Management of this company leaves much to be desired... during the installation the completion was delayed as the office only had one person show up to install 9+ windows. The overall installation took and extra day, which may not seem like a huge issue, but when you have to schedule extra time off work to be at the house for the workers etc... on the last evening of installation we missed taking our 8 yr old son out for his bday dinner because they stayed until 730. We couldn't leave the house as they needed access through our garage for power etc... the owners brothers(typical rambling salesman )made us empty promised to send us a gift card for our inconvenience blah blah ... a year later we have still not received or heard anything from this company. O apology, follow up on our overall satisfaction nada. But today we received a call to see if we wanted to upgrade other windows and doors ... hmmmm. No thank you. Take a look at our file and you will understand why we would rather give the remainder of our upgrades to another company. Let me stress again that the onsite work crew was wonderful and doing the best they could with their resources and the volume of work.     Windows and doors

    Our experience with this company from our first visit was absolutely fantastic. We found our sales man John to be extremely helpful with our job.His expertise in his field is very apparent. The crew also were very professional and talented. The company went above and beyond all our concerns. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Home Upgrade

    As part of our home upgrades, the entrance door and the double doors to the deck needed replacement. The issue with the deck doors was the afternoon sun blazing through the transom onto our dining table. The front doors did not seal well and were drab in appearance. We obtained quotations for replacement from 5 different companies -- some visited the house, some did not. The QSI Salesman, we'll call him Peter, made three separate visits to discuss details, options and suggestions. Ultimately, we selected QSI -- actually the highest quotation. We agreed to wait until January for installation -- but odd details in the framing of the existing front door required two visits from the template maker, the latter with the inside trim removed, to finalize the details for the new door to fit properly. The Installation day was windy and snowy, and even with an installation crew of four, some snow and dust blew in -- but nothing that could not be cleaned up. The new doors are spectacular. The front door finish, hardware and decorative glazing is amazing, the fit and finish is superb and the overall effect is spectacular. The finish carpenter, Gary, was a true craftsman -- great attention to detail backed by real know-how when it comes to working with wood. The back doors are full 8' height with internal blinds, allowing us a great view of our new deck and the ability to shade the afternoon sun when needed. Our dealings with QSI and the excellent quality, fit, finish and functionality of the new doors reinforced our decision to deal with them and install their products. We highly recommend QSI and hope that you are fortunate enough to have as creative a salesman and wonderful experience as we had.

    replaced the windows

    What a pleasure to deal with... from our salesman Bruce to the crews that came out to do the job! The crews brought professionalism, were courteous and even brought humour to what can be a stressful renovation. Bruce even brought homemade soup to my ailing husband...who does that!!?? After getting 3 quotes, we KNOW we made the right decision going with QSI Windows! Thanks again, Ro and Brian Egier

    Replaced all windows & front door

    We had QSI first replace all of our windows. They did the install room-by-room so the house didn't get too cold. They also capped all of the brick-mold so that the exterior of the house is now maintenance free. We then had them come back to install a new front door. In both cases, the Sales staff were very patient with us, educating us on the various options and their respective pros & cons. The installers were well mannered and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was competitive and they did a quality job.

    windows and door

    From start to finish QSI provided a great experience. Helpful advice regarding pricing and product. The installation crew was amazing - fast, friendly and the windows look absolutely beautiful !!!! Door too ! No more drafts and I look forward to efficient affordable utility bills. Thanks to John Bobiak and MIke Bobiak for all those details that matter !!

    New Windows (Main and Second Floors)

    We were extremely pleased with QSI. They were punctual, organized, very professional, and highly efficient. There was very little mess after such a big job which surprised and pleased us! The windows look and work great. Would highly recommend them!

    window replacment

    After a very informative meeting with salesman Doug Plumb,my needs were met,and carried out by two of the best from QSI James & Asst.Jay " If only everybody were as professional" Would reccomend QSI to everybody

    Window and Door Replacement

    Our family has used QSI for over twenty-five years. Every window and door in our house has now been installed by them. I recently arranged to have them replace two storm and one patio door. As with previous work they arrived on time, worked diligently, and did a superb installation. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and skilled, and their clean-up was superb. The patio door they replaced was original to the house, and two of the storm doors were installed by another provider whose products were shoddy. What I especially like about QSI products, aside from the quality, fit and finish, is that the capping around the door and window frames is really well done. The doors are also sealed well. This is a great company and great people. Several of my neighbours in East Burlington have used QSI, and all of us are delighted with their work.

    New windows and garage side door

    After getting 8 estimates for windows we decided upon QSI. The prime reason we choose them was the quality of their products and the professional customer service. Our windows and door were installed right around the time frame that we specified they had to be done by. Two teams were sent who worked over a full day and a half. The teams were a great bunch of guys, conscientious, focused, and professional. Good cleanup after all was done. John Bobiak and Bruce are great people to do business with and we will definitely return to have phase two done.
