I recieived my windows back in 2003 (?) and my baywindow was dropped , my wood flooring in the family room was chipped when I told the boss of the project he sent a man with a magic marker. the framing on the frenchdoors leading to the back are rotten and I was told that it can be fixed at a special price of $2000.00, the framework is not exposed but apparently this is my fault, the trim around my kitchen window was not replaced...the window for my bedroom was ordered wrong so a wait time on that as well...
my house is cold and the windows are very cold and you can feel the cold air come through but when the repair people came over I was told they are fine, yet I have had the slider replaced 2-3 times on the window..my backdoor would freeze shut and was told due to moisture getting in.. cannot fix had that looked into a few times,, for what I paid and the service,I could have gotten windows elsewhere for a lot less...I notice only good reviews go on website and most are not from Hamilton...I woud not recommend and even the stop on my back door has to be ordered..oh and the door size hole for the fixtures does not fit standard hardware , even the hinges are rusted and have been for years..
