Service 4 Appliance Technician arrived and diagnosed dishwasher issue, part ordered ($401.15 for part and install). When Technician installed the part he used the wrong screws and damaged the adjacent part leading to a leak. I spoke to Service 4 Appliances head office who advised that I would need to pay for the replacement part (another $300.00) and have it installed even though it was the Technicians mistake that caused the issue. I responded with multiple phone calls and emails that nobody responded to until I threatened to take them to small claims court at which time they responded with a very unprofessional email without any sort of resolution to my claim. I ended up buying a new dishwasher for $60 more than I spent on the botched repair. I wouldn't recommend these guys to repair anything; stay away.

They came opened the washer while I was downstairs, in 30 mins said it was fixed. I went upstairs to see (looked like it but didn't realize they had shut off the water - obviously not leaking anymore). Then they wanted cash or debit (when the lady on the phone said they took visa). They charged me $330 and didn't even fix it, I didn't realize until after they left. When I called them to follow up they kept on giving me the run around. Absolutely horrible, never go with these thiefs.

Overpriced to say the least. I googled online and told him where the leak was. He wanted to charge $330 to find the leak. Then labour and cost on top of that . Would have been over $500. I just wanted him to replace the part, which still cost $350 for 15 min job. Disappointed and feel dooped. The replacement part is $40. which means $300 for 15min labour job. Geeeez

overthe phone was told would be80,00$ to come and inspect/ give a quote for repairs, they sent a tech started with280,00$, after a while he says" i got to go to the car" comes back amd in the end hits me with a 500,00$ bill DO NOT yse them they rip pple off!!

$80 service quote ended up being a $280 charge to clear the fridge damper of ice. That's 15minutes of labour and no parts. After the initial hit we had the part replaced by another company for much cheaper than their quote. Would not recommend this company.

$80.00 service charge did not seem unreasonable, so I thought I would try them, out they come and as with many other comments got burned by the standard $280.00, they said it would require a part ,didn't have one, but would call with a quote. They did jury rig it and seems a working temp fix. Called today with a quote for $198.00 for a part that can be repaired for $7.50 and a little mechanical skill. I sure wish I had checked this page first.

VERY BAD COMPANY!!!!!!!! DON'T USE THEM EVER!!!!! When you call them they will tell you its only 80 $ ,but after technician will diagnose it he will provide you with quote of 280 plus tax for repair ,after 15 min technician Joe said I need a part and its going to cost me additional 340!!!???? in total I paid 620!!!!??? ,but the worst thing my dryer stopped work after 4 days!!! I called the again, but they said its 80$ just to send a technician to diagnose it what is wrong???? I hate my self for it, I should read all reviews before the call.

I called for servicing of my dishwasher as it would not drain; the service person said it needed cleaning only and said it didn't need anything else... approximately a week afterward it made strange noises but was working; it then ultimately started to again not drain. I called them again and they said no warranty and I would have to pay $50 for them to attend and pay for the time or parts afterward. In my opinion it was not fixed properly and they are simply taking my money. Very bad service and will have it repaired by another.

This company shamefully mislead me on the fixed - up front costs for repair/maintenance of my washing machine. $80 for the initial consult but regardless of what you have done they then charge a fixed labour cost of $280+tax....I paid the technician for not even 10 minutes of tinkering for what I am not sure. Thery do not itemize the repair invoice or offer you any warranty for work. I have written the company to see what they will do but STAY AWAY they are shisters and after reading other reviews I am nervous that the work is even reliable!

DO NOT call these people for repairs. The repairman came, tinkered with my dishwasher for 30 minutes, said it should be fine, but I would need a part IF I wanted it to shut off when opened while running. I did not want to pay for this part, he charged me $300 for his tinkering, no parts installed. It worked once after that. I called the company and they did nothing and they offer no warranty on their service. She actually told me to go online and fill out a form under warranties, I go to fill it out and it asks for the warranty number on the receipt. I look at the receipt and ticked off beside warranty it says none. I paid $300 to this man for nothing, we ended up just getting a new dishwasher. Terrible company, terrible customer service!!
