    Remove Mold, Asbestos and Toxic Materials
    The technicians were super courteous, tidy and efficient. They went over the cause of mold in my attic with me in detail with photos. Office phone support was also very helpful, making sure to answer my many questions thoughtfully and patiently before and after the job. Would hire again (but hopefully with their advice I won't have to 😉)

    Remove Toxicity and Mold
    Very quick response, Tech was on time, inspected the area and determined that it was just a small job that I could complete mysel and if they were to do itthe cost would be considerable. He gave me instruction how to complete the job. I did. I was impressed that he was so honest and willing to help me out.

    Top notch service, quick turn-around, 10/10.

    I'm so impressed with Mold Guy! I called them yesterday for a quote; not only did they provide a quote over the phone - they were able to come in and do the job TODAY. Less than 24hrs later, the job is done. I'm still waiting for the quote from the other company I called and they said they couldn't get me in until early January. So happy to have called these guys!!

    Great service!

    Great service, very fast! Discovered some mild in the cold room - they took out all wood / sources of mold!

    Asbestos testing

    Mold guy took a sample of plaster and arranged a lab to analyze for asbestos. Excellent and prompt service.

    Remove Mold, Asbestos and Toxic Materials
    My choice to go with the mold guy and their process using peracetic acid was due to the short time required-just 3 hours, budget-friendly pricing and the fact they swore there were no fumes; In fact nothing would escape the attic and they would take special measures to ensure nothing did, as I expressed extreme concern over the presence of pets in the house, especially my parrot who would be very sensitive. While chatting on the main level after completion, I started smelling an odour, went upstairs to find the room he'd worked in full of the smell of the product and the door left wide open. Upon commenting to him, he made excuses, and had a cavalier attitude. This supposed professional also had not known the name of the chemical used when asked. Yes The job was done and all the proof supplied as promised, all very satisfactory. Thankfully, my pets were fine, but it's hard to recommend, considering

    Thank you for the 6 stars! When anyone calls us for mold in the attic we completely explain all the procedures and that there will be a mild bleachy odour once the job is complete. The odor isn't coming from the attic it comes from the hazmat suit that is worn during remediation and as we exit the attic odors will come from that suit until it is put into a garbage bag. The mild odor can last for a few hours as everyone is told during the initial phone call. Keep a window open and it will dissipate even faster. I'm very happy you were pleased with our work...our mold remediation teams are the best!....Cheers...Ross

    Excellent customer service!

    Kay was fantastic to work with - she gave us a very reasonable quote and was understanding and accommodating for some unique circumstances for the space that needed mold remediation. Would highly recommend their services.

    Mold and air quality testing

    We bought an older house which was sold "as is" due to the seller being estate. We wanted to do some extra due diligence before removing conditions, so we had mold air-quality testing done in all the 3 floors of the house. The whole experience was super positive. Both Kay from the office and the inspector were really friendly and efficient. The inspector also helped us giving instructions how we can remove some harmless mold from the walls by ourselves. The results came fast and were really clear. We can warmly recommend the company.

    Mold removal

    I called The Mold Guy and was able to get someone to come out the next morning. They were very professional and clean. The next day, someone came out to do the air quality test and again, it was a very pleasant experience.

    Asbestos test

    Very happy with the prompt and courteous service, as I was worried about asbestos in my house. Also I was given a detailed analysis of the sample. Thanks so much to The Mold Guy. Im relieved.
