    Windows warranty repair

    Love my windows which were installed with lifetime warranty many years ago. This spring we had a couple issues with a couple windows. Called and had a service guy come out within a week to repair. Service gentleman was awesome

    Warranty response

    Vinylbuilt supplied replacement windows for our house last year. One of the glass panes developed a flaw. Vinylbuilt replaced the glass immediately without any hassle. Technician was very careful and efficient.

    Obtaining and replacing pivotal parts in windows.

    The initial contact member and the service team were very quick and efficient with the responses to my problem. Although the service installation has not yet taken place, i am sure it will be as good as the attention to my issue. Thank you.

    Replacement glass in 3 windows .

    The installer that did our windows was very professional . Took off his shoes outside and gave an approximate time for the installation . Explained possible reasons for the seal to fail and also after asking if Id like to check the windows before he left . He also explained that if we were selling our house that the warranty can be transferred to the new owners . We appreciate the response and invoice payment through our e-mail contact . Thankyou very much

    Window replacement

    Company and employees are the epitome of excellence, dedication and service is beyond the expectations of the customer. We highly respect their dedication to customer satisfaction.     Window lock and latch

    I received prompt and excellent service for a window lock replacement that was broken when the window was closed. The window and lock is of good quality and was broken due to misuse. The replacement lock was provided to me at no charge, which I fully expected to pay for. They are an excellent company to deal with.

    Replacement of defective picture window, double pane

    The seal failed in the double-pane window, allowing moisture to accumulate inside the glass. Vinylbilt searched the job using the warranty number on the window, and replaced the glass for the cost of labour. The company was very accommodating in scheduling the date and time, and the installer was efficient and professional. We are pleased with the result, and would consider Vinylbilt for future window and door projects.

    replacement of window due to leak

    Man was POLITE & knew his job, recommended other side window needs replacing also so is ordering another and will return to install it when it's in.
