    Full house Reno, New VinylBilt Windows Throughout

    We fully renovated our house 10 years ago and had VinylBilt windows put in throughout. They have functioned so well for us over the years and still going strong. And, as sometimes happens with windows, we had 2 sealed units go on a side of our house that is very exposed to the elements. VinylBilt has been great to deal with to get the units replaced. I would highly recommend their product and their team and will use them on our next project.

    Warranty Replacement

    We have had our vinyl windows now for 19 years and they still look like new. During the winter I noticed that two of the windows had condensation between the panes. I communicated with Maris Levine at Vinylbilt Service and she was very helpful. After sending pictures and measurements of the affected windows to confirm our account we were able to set up an appointment to have them replaced under our lifetime warranty. The technician arrived on time and comleted the work in under an hour. He was very helpful and friendly. Thanks Maris.

    Window repair part

    Needed a replacement part for one of my Vinylbilt windows (approx. 15 years old). Sent a email with part I needed and they responded in less than 24 hours. After clarifying my shipping address they arrange to have part mailed to me immediately. This is amazing customer service from their service department. Highly recommend Vinylbilt windows, they are a great product and they stand behind their products and warranties!

    Replacement Windows repair.

    We had a few imperfections in our newly installed windows. They were covered by a lifetime warranty and the technician did a great job installing new glass. Jonathan, our technician was polite, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to detail. Thanks so much Jonathan Bill and Janet

    Window Glass Replacement

    The seal in one of the panes of glass in my large bay window failed. Vinylbilt honoured their lifetime guarantee and is providing the glass at no charge. It was an easy process and I was given a couple of options for dealing with the replacement. I choose to have it professionally installed and they have taken care of all the arrangements. I am very satisfied with the customer service offered to me by this company. Not only do they stand by their product but they make it easy for the customer to address problems quickly and easily.

    Service on Windows

    We had an issue with some coils and pins in our windows, but VinylBilt took care of it promptly!!~ Thank you Maris and Jonathan for professional service!! That is what I call service !!

    Casement window lock repair

    The casement window lock broke on my window that is 10 years old. They were very prompt and helpful, sending the new part and instructions for how to repair it myself. I like my Vinylbilt Windows! J

    Warranty Replacement

    Vinybilt stands behind their lifetime warranty! These windows were originally installed 20 years ago, when I noticed the windows were fogged this winter I got them on my to-do list to have them replaced in the spring. I called the company that originally installed them, they had changed hands and were of no help. I contacted Vinybilt and spoke with Maris who quickly found my me in their system. A couple of photos and measurements were sent to her and she ordered the windows to be replaced. In a couple of weeks they were ready and the installer came to replace them. The installer was respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves. Great communication from Maris, I didn't need to chase anyone down to get this done.

    Specs on older installed Windows

    I was looking for the spec on 15 Vinylbuilt windows installed 15 or 20 years ago and Maris the Service Tech went above and beyond trying to find the info I was looking for. Maris was always a pleasure to speak to and was very knowledgeble in the company product line. Our interactations were always very informative and enjoyable.
