Suzanne From the first time we spoke and to when you mentioned you were proceeding with another contractor I said the same thing to you that I say to everyone else when this happens keep my number in case your plans change. Sometimes more often than you think it does and we are glad it did. It was a pleasure to work for you. We understand that clients might have a lot of questions and we are only too willing to answer them. We believe that our clients should be honestly and properly informed so that they can make informed decisions. Our team prides itself on leaving all our job sites clean and tidy. When we say that we are going to start you project our team will be on site every day till we are finished. Our team will the job site tidy and clean every day. It’s not uncommon to find additional work that may need to be completed and when we find something we let you know before we complete the work what the additional work will cost so that there are no surprises in costs on the final invoice.
