The renovation of our two bathrooms turned out exactly as we wanted. Chris is great to deal with. Very precise, gave a detailed quote and made suggestions which enhanced the finished projects. The crew ( Tim, Dexter, and the other Chris ) were true professionals and did their jobs very well. They cleaned up after each day and very polite and friendly. When we have questions, they answered them clearly and patiently. All in all, we would recommend them to anyone who is in need of any renovation in their house.

I wanted to replace shelves in the island with drawers, and to repaint all cabinets. I like how the new front panels on drawers match existing cabinets' doors. Remodel Construction Company did everything professionally. I choose this company based on HomeStars reviews and rating.

Chris and his team did a great job renovating my condo! A smaller job that included patching some drywall, framing a new closet, installing baseboards and painting. Chris was professional, helpful, and very nice! He provided detailed explanations of the work that was being done and any issues that came up, and provided some good ideas and feedback. His team was very clean and friendly to building staff. I look forward to hiring them again to do my bathroom renovation in the fall!

We have tried many contractors through the years that have taken our money and not completed the work. I went on HomeStars this time and found Chris, President of Remodel Construction Co with amazing reviews. Chris immediately returned my phone call and met with me. He was very honest about what work needed to be done and provided me with a very fair quote. Chris was extremely personable and answered every question and concern I had, always there to follow up with us and the work being done. I first met Tim who is an amazing, kind, caring and extremely hard worker. The time and energy exceeded my expectations. I haven't seen such quality work, staying on the job site everyday making sure everything was cleaned up and work was completed on time. Chris and his team did a wonderful job of installing new hardwood floors on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our house. As our main floor and stairs had over 20 year old hardwood, Chris worked hard to find a close match for colour, so the stairs blend in. The floors look fantastic! They installed quarter round, filled the holes and caulked, then left the floors covered with sturdy and leakproof cardboard covering to protect the floor for the painters. Every step of the way, they kept their word on arrival times, how long the job would take, who would come and when. Every day, they cleaned up and left everything in order. All the workers were diligent, meticulous, friendly and took obvious pride in their work. Chris communicated with us frequently and returned all calls promptly. As Chris had previously done a complete gut and renovation of our bathroom, we knew we could count on him and his team to do an excellent job with quality materials and the least disruption possible and they did not disappoint. We will definitely hire Remodel Construction to do any further renovation and recommend the company without reservation.

Some of our kitchen cupboard doors and our kitchen counter needed replacing. Chris came promptly, measured carefully, showed us our options, and gave us a quote. His team, including master craftsman Tim, did the job with a minimum of fuss and waste. The new doors have the same detailing as the old ones, and the woodgrain colour is an excellent choice in our kitchen. The counter was put in with great care, even to the point of coming back an extra day to better match the grout to the wall tiles. Knowing that the doors have a 10 year warranty is a plus!

Another great job by Chris and his team. This is the 3rd project that Remodel Construction has done for me at my home (previous were bathroom Reno and laundry room Reno). Chris always takes the time to fully explain the job, provides regular updates throughout and his crew are professional, courteous and thorough. Highly recommend.

I could not recommend Remodel Construction more highly. Chris and his crew of Tim, Dexter and Chris were absolutely incredible to work with. From day one of the renovation the emphasis was on keeping things as clean and organized as possible. Every effort was made to ensure that dust was kept to a minimum and the site was left in perfect condition at the end of each day. Every person that came to the house - the plumbers, electricians, cabinet maker, tilers and countertop suppliers were very professional and friendly and excelled at their jobs. During the course of the renovation I appreciated the fact that no request was too much to ask for and no questions were left unanswered. Responses to any questions were addressed immediately and very often great advice was given for alternative ideas. I will definitely contact Remodel Construction for any future work to be done at my home!
