    Geoff's service is great

    A friendly Inspector who's open to share problems concerning your potential home. More details was given to me during my inspection about the foundation, Electricals , Washroom and a whole lot was covered. Greet service.

    Excellent, Thorough Inspection Report and Follow Up

    Geoff did a fantastic job inspecting a home we were considering buying (and subsequently did). The report was very detailed and thorough, and Geoff spent time to answer all our follow up question in detail, and was extremely helpful. He spent considerable time at the house (inspection lasted about 4 hours) and found issues we didn't spot, and which were important for us to address prior to closing the sale. The roof was inspected by drone. Highly recommend engaging Geoff for your inspection.

    House Plus Out-Buildings

    Surprisingly, Geoff is very personable and positive, considering his job is to find problems! He performed a detailed inspection and provided a professional report the next day with good recommendations. The property had lots of out-buildings, and he inspected them all, so we got good value for our money! Overall, we're happy we found Geoff to carry out our inspection. Thanks again, Geoff.

    Condo inspection

    Geoff arrived on time and took the expected time to do inspection. He was extremely thorough, very patient to deal with our questions and gave very helpful advice. His written report was detailed, lengthy, and highlighted the important points in red, using clear language. On a personal level, he is a very pleasant & friendly man. We enjoyed the whole process.

    Possible home buying

    Well knowledgeable of a home Covered every corner, inside and out, plus Would recommend to anyone who needs an inspection In this case some stuff found was enough not to close purchase

    Inspection on home purchase

    Very Thorough Inspection

    We had Geoff conduct house inspection as part of the property purchase. He inspected all aspect of house in great details and checked every switches/outlets. I followed him as he gone through the check and explained to me the concern or maintenance tips. Very satisficed with his inspection service.

    Home inspection

    As first time home buyers, my husband and I did our research and found Geoff with REI. His reviews/ratings were impeccable, so we made contact. Geoff was more than accommodating when we had to reschedule our inspection due to unexpected delays. On the day of inspection he arrived with a wealth of knowledge, experience and fantastic customer service. He was extremely thorough, and exceeded our expectations.     Home Inspection

    Home inspection

    Geoff was amazing he checked everything throughly, and in a timely fashion. He was experienced and knowledgeable with all the questions we had for him. He even had some great inside on how we could change things to make everything more efficient.
