    House Inspection

    Geoffe is a very professional guy. He is honest on what he inspected. 100% satisfaction and highly recommended for house inspection.

    Home inspection

    Geoff was very thorough with the inspection done on the home Im purchasing, he went through every detail according to their scale of importance and answered all the questions I had regarding the property, great service and I will definitely recommend him to others

    Inspection

    Geoff was recommended to me by my realtor. His report was very timely (24 hrs turnaround) and very detailed. His written report was very comprehensive. As a first time home owner, it was appreciated that his report broke down regular maintainance by season. He also provided contacts with services that I would require.

    Condo Inspection

    Geoff came on time. Very Friendly and Professional. Gave professional advise and recommendation. Did through inspection and provided detailed report as promised in the timely manner. Would Highly recommend his services.

    Home inspection

    The inspector was very thorough and honest. He let me knowxwhat was his opinion and what was expected. Very friendly but professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him should the opportunity arise.

    House Inspection

    Very thorough inspection of the building interior. Heater and furnace were tested along with checking the pipes, attic, and vents. Included a report with any problems along with helpful details to help keep the building maintained throughout the year. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent Service

    Excellent service, Flexible hours that were extremely accommodating!! Geoff described all repairs in a way that I could understand. Was extremely thorough in the home inspection and personally recommend companies in the area specific to the work repairs needed. Provided timelines on what repairs could wait.

    Home Purchase Inspection

    I am extremely happy with the Inspection done by Geoff. He is punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain the inspection to you. His report is complete the same day and he responds quickly to texts or emails.
