    Condo ceiling air conditioning water pipe insulation wrap

    Thermo installed a replacement air con system in the unit I bought 2 years before I bought it. Because they did not wrap the water pipes when first installed, condensation dripped onto my drywall ceiling causing mould. They did a great job wrapping the pipes after I cut access holes in the ceiling. I only wish they had worked with the previous owner to wrap the pipes in the first place.

    Thermostat Replacement

    Throughout the installation process, the technician exhibited a high level of professionalism and technical expertise. He took the time to explain the various steps involved in the installation, answering all of my questions with clarity and patience. I appreciated the willingness to educate me on the functionality of the new thermostat, ensuring I could use it to its fullest potential.I highly recommend Their services to anyone in need of HVAC services, and I will certainly be using their services again in the future.

    AC repair

    The air conditioner unit stopped working just days before the sale of the condo took effect. The staff at Thermo Cool were awesome at getting the problem diagnosed quickly and the repair done so the sale was not affected. Excellent service. Excellent customer service!

    HVAC Service

    6 calls. Last serviceman was the expert and should have come on the first call. Paid for traines to learn at my expense.

    Air conditioning

    Service man when pulling out unit broke the water valve and had water spill.now I have to pay a plumber before AC can be fixed and I am a senior.very upset and disappointed.

    Hello, We are sorry to hear the buildings valve did not hold when disconnecting the unit. I can assure you this did not happen due to negligence, but rather this can happen when valves become old/ brittle. Once the valves are replaced we will gladly return to complete the job.

    Condo HVAC system service call

    I was worried we would have to replace the unit. The serviceman, Alex, went out of his way to describe what he planned to do. This unit is 12 years old and the fan was now running too slow. He adjusted the speed. Gave me his card and told me to call him if there was a problem. No additional charge, just the cost of the service call. I was very pleased with the prompt and professional service I received.

    Heat pump issues

    After a change to our condos heating system, a heat pump in my condo would not start up. I contacted Thermo Cool as they had installed my heat pump a few years earlier. The technician they sent (Sean) was very friendly, arrived right on time, explained what diagnotics he did, and got the heat pump up and going within an hour. Very happy with the experience
