    Heater/cooler for bedroom

    They are professional, reasonably priced and courteous. Alex, the technician, did an excellent job and explained the system quite thoroughly.

    In-Unit Central Air Repair

    As with most repairs, this one ended up snowballing into a multi-part issue. The central unit stopped blowing air throughout the unit, and there was a buzzing that sounded while it was turned on. A motor repair was needed, but a few other parts also ended up being broken. Thankfully, all the parts were in my repairmans truck, and he was a whiz who finished it all up in under an hour. Worth the week long wait for an appointment!

    Excellent Service and Technicians

    The technicians came to fix my AC as the motor went and they were great. Called 1 hour prior to coming and were very knowledgeable and great. Very reliable company and have used them for years.

    Repair of Aqua Therm 30 unit

    Myself the owner and the tenants are totally dissatisfied with the work of this company. I have paid $5418(before taxes) to replace/repair this Aqua Therm 30 Unit. There doesnt seem to be any warranty of the replaced unit ot the labour.??? Totally dissatisfied, hope that the AC works now and the company stands behind the new part and the labour.

However, you were only charged for labour. Despite the parts being outside of the manufacturers warranty you were not charged for parts as a courtesy. We hope this clarifies your concerns and that you continue to enjoy your unit which has been repaired and is now cooling.

    AC cleaning/ maintenance

    The technician was very professional and explained what he did. Called one hour before and was on time. It is a very reliable company as we have done business with them for 5 years

    Air conditioner repair

    Condo air conditioner wasnt working. The repair man was so through and efficient and he was very pleasant and his repair did the trick with great success. Highly recommend.

    AC making a noisy sound.

    They fixed my Ac, he knew what he was talking about. He even fixed my Thermostat

    I needed a heat pump and they were my go-to company.

    I didn't put in the price because it depends on the situation - what kind of heat pump - what else has to be done, etc. However what will be common is that you want to trust in both the company and the service technician who comes to your home. The technician who came and took the old unit out to look at it was great. He explained why he had to take it with him and what he was going to look for. I then received an email describing two options: repair or replace. Based on my own research I decided on replace. The technician who came to put the new one in was just as good! They were both clean, efficient, polite, full of explanation for anything I asked about or questioned, and very respectful of the client (that's me!). When I say I hope not to need them again it's because I hope I don't have any problems for many years, but if I do - then I will certainly call them again.
