    Always had great service from Anchor Home Comfort!

    Ive had quite a bit of work done using anchor. They replaced my furnace, hot water tank, then later came back to install a heat pump when my AC died. Additionally, I had a blockage in my kitchen sink for over 4 years. Due to how my kitchen island is built, my p-trap is under the floor. I had 4 different plumbing companies come in before Anchor who told me nothing could be done as they didnt have access to my p-trap (due to my finished basement). Anchor was the only company who said something could be done, and got rid of the blockage! Every technician that has stepped in to my house has been professional, courteous and friendly. Would recommend Anchor to anyone looking for hvac/plumbing services!

    Heating and ac maintenance

    I have an annual furnace and ac maintenance contract with them. Very happy with my service to date.

    Installation pf ductless heat pump

    Ahmed, John and Josh are a 5 star team, dogged, determined and effective. Issues arose and were resolved to my satisfaction and the cleanup that followed made me smile. As well, thank you for walking me through the user instructions after a long day. Germaine

    Highly recommend

    Anchor did a thorough, professional, personable and quick and neat tuneup of my A/C and furnace. I will ask for the same person to be sent next year. Highly recommended.

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace broke down and I called Anchor. They managed to get us a service appointment within a few hours. Ray was prompt and friendly. He found the issue and made the repair very quickly. Excellent service!!

    Lennox EL22XPV 3 Ton Heat Pump

    I had a Lennox heat pump installed June 2023 the installed went perfectly. Dec 2023 it stopped working due to a Lennox firmware update, Anchor wasn't very communitive about the timeline for the repair.

    FURNACE MAINTENANCE

    Shannon was here once again to do the maintenance on our furnace and just love this guy. He explains everything and a real professional and is so jovial and friendly and just love his singing and is an asset to your company.
