    Gas fire place

    They did a very nice clean job, very professional it took a while for the finish plate because of the stone on the fireplace but worth the wait

    Tankless water heater

    A/C contol

    A/C control broke after 2 years (Picture a mini iPad type). . Technician came put on an extremely old version and said that the one that we had is on backorder. That was about six or seven weeks ago. Again, it was two years old, and I was quite surprised when I was sent a bill for the visit, even though it was still on warranty. I still havent paid, but I still havent heard back from him.

    New Furnace and AC

    Anchor did a great job, changed the furnace and AC and a very cool thermostat all in 1 day in February. They recommended the dual speed furnace and it works great lowering my heating bill. It finally got warm enough weather in May to try the AC and it worked fantastic. They came and started the AC and tested it before I started it and they come extremely quickly. I found Anchor to be very professional, prompt and reliable.

    Annual maintenance of our heat pump

    Paul had been maintaining our heat pump since installation he knows it well, and is quick at troubleshooting, if there is a problem! Great company, great service!

    Heat pump and electrical upgrade project

    Anchor's workmanship and support during our multifaceted and extensive heat pump project was top notch. In addition, we came to realize that by the Anchor organization having the electrician team in-house meant that the difficult task of planning and running the wire cables through the home was not left to us to subcontract out. The one-stop shop approach really worked out well.

    Highly recommend!

    Paul and the whole team at Anchor were great from the beginning of my crisis to the installation and walk-through of my brand new system. Several times they went above and beyond to educate me and double check that all systems were operating as they should be. Paul even took the time to set up my new thermostat and app on my phone so that I can manage my home heating and cooling from anywhere. I pray that I dont have any more appliance repair needs for some time, but if I do, Ill call Anchor.
