    Stair lift installation

    Stannah Stairlift

    I am sincerely grateful to the Stannah staff for my entire experience with the installation of their stairlifts in my parents home. Felipe and Jamie were an absolute pleasure to deal with and they made this entire process go smoothly and successfully. They are both honest, transparent, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, personable, professional, and just EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE!! It's a reasonably big investment but it's worth every penny when it goes towards making the lives of loved ones safer, easier, and happier. The installation was completed by the very kind, skilled, and hardworking team of Max, Ben, and Kevin. They built a sturdy system and did an excellent and clean job. We appreciated Max taking the time to explain how everything worked and to ensure my parents understood how to use it. My parents lives have been made tremendously better and I'm thankful to the reliable and well constructed Stannah stairlift, and the expert staff for making this all possible.

    Excellent customer service

    I just wanted to comment on superb customer support by Stannah Canada. I was particularly impressed with Stannah technician Ben: not only did he came over within a day of my support call request, he was also able to quickly diagnose the issue I had with my chairlift, and fix it quickly and effectively. He did not leave UNTIL thoroughly testing the fix, AND it did not cost m e a penny. That's what I call excellent Customer support. The other positive experience I had was with another technician, Max. He actually was able to prevent me from replacing a battery on my Stannah unit, by ascertaining that existing battery charges adequately, thus preventing me from spending $210 unnecessarily. Overall comment on Stannah is that this company offers excellent product, combined with superior customer support. I wish there were more Stannah-s in the world, thank you.

    Awesome customer service, awesome product!

    They were amazing! Couldn't have asked for better! In less than a week, we spoke about the lift chair installation, I got a visit from the sales advisor and got it installed today! Love it!

    Stairlift installation

    Led error code does not work. Constantly displays letter "b". Colour mismatch on rail hinge. Love the wood trim option, Powered swivel, Powered footrest. Great looking chair, adds to home environment, does not look like a hospital lift.

    Stairlift review

    I am so happy to finally have my stairlift. Going up and down stairs was agony before. The only reason that you did not receive a perfect score was because of how long the wait was.

    Home Stairlift

    Steve has been very helpful to explain to us all the details we need to know. His honesty is also very important for us to know what are the goods and bads for different options. He is trustworthy, professional and obviously knows his trade in this industry. You definitely wont go wrong in dealing with him.

    Curved Stairlift for my 87 year old mom

    Jamie was our consultant. He made us feel feel natural and not forced to purchase. He addressed all of our concerns, and promptly did research and got back to us with info if he did not know the answer at the time. Whenever we had questions, he was quick to respond. The manufacturing time took longer than expected, but at least when installed, everything was right on. My mother is on the shorter side, a bit less than 5 feet, so the pivot to platform was something she had to practice on. However there is the option to add auto pivot button if she still find it difficult. at an extra cost of course. But we will see if she will need it. Overall, very respectful, kind and knowledgeable. The staff that installed was also very good. I feel confident about this company and would recommend to others. Good quality and service.

    Install chairlift

    The process with Stannah was excellent. They were clear, professional, personable and efficient. Even with the supply chain issues, we were kept informed and the process took the time it was stated. The installation was quick and seamless. Great guys doing the work, took the time to discuss the work, how to work the chair, everything. Very personalable and patient. Would highly recommend these folks.
