    stairlift

    HAD A STARLIIFT INSTALLED IN MY HOME, I HAD IT INSTALLED ON MARBLE STAIRS AND WAS WORRIED THAT WHEN THEY DRILLED THE HOLES FOR THE LIFT THEY WOULD CRACK THE MARBLE... THE WORK WAS DONE TO PERFECTION AND I AM VERY HAPPY... THE ONLY THING THAT I WAS NOT AWARE AND DISAPPOINTED ON WAS THAT THE SWIVEL PART OF THE LIFT IS MANUAL (TURN BY HAND AND NOT ELECTRIC). THE UPSIDE OF THE LIFT IS THAT IT TAKES LESS ROOM FROM MY OTHER LIFT.

    Curved staircase lift

    We were looking for a budget friendly curved stairlift for mom who is becoming mobility challenged. After going back and forth with other dealers, and not being satisfied with pricing nor service, I called Stannah. Jamie, the Sales Advisor was friendly, courteous, professional and listened. He was able to understand our needs. He sat and took the time to explain different options as well as providing estimates on the spot, explaining the criteria the estimates were based on. He also made sure to clarify the timeline for installation...not giving us an unrealistic window. That same night he sent over formal estimates. After confirming the order, there was a detail on the design he wanted to clarify-he came back to the house that same day to better allow us to understand this design detail. Very satisfied customer!

    Chair Lift installation

    The sales rep, Jamie, was polite and knowledgeable. He has also followed up to confirm that we were happy with the work. The installers (B & B) were punctual, very efficient and cleaned up very well.

    Excellent Service

    As the friend of the person who purchased the stairlift, I would highly recommend Stannah. First, I met Jamie the salesperson, who came to my friends house to give a quote. He was very thorough and thoughtful and followed up with the person who purchased the lift. A temporary lift was installed in a timely fashion by Dan and Dan. They were also excellent. I would highly recommend this company. The staff are amazing to deal with.

    Stair lift

    Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and were excellent at making sure that we were comfortable with the stair lift and it's operation before we purchased it with the display unit in their office. It was a straight lift and due to health issues they expedited the install date for us. The install was done in 4 days. Installer was fast and clean, no mess was left behind. Before he left once again went through all operations of the unit and made sure we were comfortable with it. It has been 8 weeks since the install and there have been no problems at all. I would recommend Stannah Canada to any one on need of a stair lift. Thank you to all the staff.

    Installed 2 Siena Stairlifts

    The Stair Lifts are easy to use and a welcome addition to help me enjoy my home. Stannah people are polite, patient, professional Initially met Steve who explained the product and features and answered all questions clearly. Described electrical needed. Ben and Ben provided neat and clean installations. Also answered all questions and made sure I could "travel' safely. Suggest the Stannah phone system be more customer friendly

    My Husbands Chairlift

    Kris was our technician for the installation of our outside chairlift installation. He was extremely efficient, courteous and knew his product well. After installation he carefully explained how everything worked. Since it is hard for my husband to navigate the long flight of stairs from our porch, this chairlift is going to make our lives so much easier.     Stannah Stairlift

    Christy from Stannah Stairlift came to our home to take measurements. Christy was extremely courteous, polite and very helpful with our questions and concerns, and answered all with a warm friendly smile! When our Stairlift was ready we were notified several days prior notice, and the Installation was quick, and efficient. The Installers were vastly knowledgeable, and took the necessary steps to ensure we were comfortable operating our new Stairlift. Stannah Stairlift we recommend to anyone wishing to install a stairlift, the customer service is exceptional, and a beautiful, quality stairlift that makes us safe and secure when taking up and down our stairs, Thank you!
