Sewer Squad did an excellent job on finding my leak issue and repairing the problem same day. They were able to get the replacement parts the same day and fix the issue. Melissa on dispatched was excellent in arranging the service. Cameron the service technician was awesome! I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Vincenzo at Sewer Squad. Vincenzo was professional and efficient at quoting the job and completing it the same day. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs work done on a sump pump or sewer system.

Called about what we thought was a blocked toilet: Mike came the same day. Turned out to be an exterior pipe, which was very efficiently dealt with the following day. Very capable and personable, both Mike and the hard working young man who did the work. Very satisfied and will use again.

Service call was received fast, done on a Sunday, no xtra charge. Home drains opened to let existing blockage cleared. Water could be used, albeit minimal. Excavation for the outside was done quickly and efficiently. All misplaced property replaced in a timely fashion. Clean up performed with little to no inconvenience to myself, Michael who serviced my call, acted professionally and went above and beyond what was expected of him. Our basement sink was draining very slowly, so we called for help. We were advised that we should install backwater valve for flood protection and clay pipe replacement. We were also advised to have front yard clay pipes replaced but were unable to pay an extra $5000. The work was quick, though the basement rug will never be the same. On the plus side we got a new main floor toilet (was also slow draining) that works wonderfully and the basement sink is draining better than it ever has!

I would recommend Sewer Squad, I am overall satisfied. Mike was great to deal with and was a professional from the start of quoting to decision making and to the end of the job. I called sewer squad to look at my out door drain by my walk out because the pipes were full of gravel. They helped me understand what was happening and what the correct fix would be. I also had a back flow preventer installed and during installation they ran a camera so I can find out where my drain is in my finished basement. This has helped for my future planning. During this camera inspection a cracked pipe was found so I had this fixed as well. I am very happy that I chose Sewer Squad for this service

Discovered foul smell from sump pump and called Sewer Squad. They sent over Vince within the hour. Vince found the problem right away and let’s us know we needed a new one. He was able to install it right away and was done super fast. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and left the area clean. I was very impressed as this was all done on a Sunday! I made the call at 12:20pm and by 3pm Vince had installed the new pump! Very impressive!

From quote to completion of the work, we were really impressed by the professionalism and quality of work done. Sewer Squad was available to give us a same day quote and complete the work shortly after we accepted it. They were punctual and very tidy in their work as well. Shout out to Cameron for the great work he did and his professionalism.

My outdoor pipes had broken and I couldn't reach the knob to drain the excess water and turn off the tap so had a constant drip that filled a bucket each day. The pipes were in an awkward position above the stove in the basement apartment which made it difficult to access. Also the cold water line to the upstairs kitchen was attached to the outdoor pipe line so turning off the water in the winter would mean no cold water in my kitchen. The best part was though Mr. Curtis had to cut a hole in the ceiling he put a cover on it and it looks great. Friendly service, kept me informed throughout the work, and left the place tidied up afterwards.
