    Dishwasher

    Really want to say how impressed we were with how prompt the response was to our service request. Our technician, Dvir was so personable, safety aware and so helpful. He gave us many good tips to apply going forward to avoid further issues.

    Reluctant dishwasher rebooted

    The technician, Dvir, arrived on time and explained what he was doing and what he had found. After a few tweaks the dishwasher started and is now going through a full cycle. As we had bought the dishwasher at Sears about 17 years ago we had expected to be told to replace the dishwasher. Instead we had a lesson on cleaning our dishwasher as well as some explanation about a new gas range we had just purchased and how to avoid a common problem - self clean cycle damage. We will use elbow grease on this new baby! We do feel well serviced!

    Washer/Dryer

    I had a broken washer and dryer combo, I called the customer service line and was immediately speaking with a real representative. Price was fair and they could even book me for the next day. The service man let me know when he was going to arrive and was very upfront with the work he was doing. All in all, great service from start to finish.

    Dishwasher

    I had Eddie come by 2 times for different appliance and both times he was very professional. He fixed our dishwashers and is also is very honest to letting you know ahead if you are in need of parts what it may cost you and if its worth it to fix it. Both time he able to find a solution without adding new parts.

    Sub-zero freezer repair

    Electra fix exceeded all of my expectations for this repair. From the first time I called them and actually spoke to a live person, to the first visit where the technician took the time to really understand the issue, to the return visit to diagnose parts, to the follow ups to make sure that everything was working as per normal. This kind of service does not happen these days, when it does it deserves to be extremely well rewarded. Thank you Max and the Electra Fix team for making this repair completely and totally stress free.

    Fridge meltdown

    I am so happy with the service from Electra Fix, Our side by side started alarming on Sunday night, by monday we could see it was getting warmer but not how or why, called Electra Fix and they were able to get John to see me the next day. John was great ! Explained everything as he worked. Found what he believed to be the problem (these fridges have a lot of parts) replaced the needed part. John was quick, efficient in the service and repair, he cleaned up everything once he was done! Fridge is doing it's job once again. Awesome...would absolutely recommend this company

    Freezer Issue

    Highly highly recommend!! We were having issues with our freezer, and after a quick & courteous call to ElectraFix, they booked in Brad to come in same day to take care of the problem. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable (and arrived within the quoted time) and fixed our freezer under two hours. He also asked if we had and issues with other appliances for him to look at before he left (we didn’t, but appreciated him asking). Will definitely call again if we need help. Thank you!!!

    MAYTAG refrigerator (Issue: low temperature in cooler)

    Dvir, a technician from Electra Fix visited on time and identified the problem of my refrigerator (11 year-old), promptly. He also explained the reasons for this issue clearly to me. Then he started solving the problem. I thought it was a limit switch problem, but it wasn't. ICE was blocking the air way from Freezer to cooler side. Dvir knows clearly about my refrigerator as soon as he saw it. This company office is located in Coquitlam, but the technician lives in a local area. (North Vancouver) He also cleaned the mass after the job was done. Friendly, Kind, and most importantly I felt he was so knowledgeable on our fridge. A man like me always tried to find the solution from Youtube, but I am glad that I did not follow the solutions that Youtuber suggested. And Dvir also said, I could contact the office if the same issue occurs within 3 months. And he also said, he won't be charging any labour fees. I would say I had received an exceptional service from Dvir. Thank you, Dvir and Electra Fix team! Jimmy

    Samsung Dryer Repair

    Fairly new Samsung dryer stopped spinning after a large bang... Called Electrafix and they dispatched tech named Brad to my home right away. Repair to idler pulley system was made . Excellent service / very professional. Would most certainly use their service again . Thank you for your promptness and professionalism!

    Initially disappointing, but they made an effort to satisfy me.

    I was initially upset with their quoting practice. Their management contacted me and in a friendly and professional manner we worked out the issue and they are looking at improving their procedures.
