    Washer belt

    Maxim came right on time. Found the problem and went to get the part. Whole appointment was completed in an hour. Great price, amazing customer service and fast work. I will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much.

    Knowledgeable Technician

    Had 3 appliances that needed repair and service. Local technicians could not diagnose the issues but Electra Fix diagnosed and repaired in one visit. Well worth the travel fees and I will have no hesitation in calling them again if needed.

    washer gasket replacement

    I called this morning regarding replacing tje gasket of my washer and in 3 hours Max was here to help! Roy was very friendly and professional. The end to end experience was very efficient from me placing the call, getting an accurate update at the time in which the tech would arrive and also easily paying at the end. Highly recommend their services! Thank you Max and all the team

    Repair on a Dacor oven

    Repair washing machine

    Phoned Electra Fix on 25 Oct. 2022. Spoke with Troy who said," we charge a service call fee of $120 with $100 going towards repair cost". Guy showed up the same day, found the circuit board was cracked. I offered to superglue the cracked board. Guy decided to drill a new hole in the board to remount the board. I supplied the drill and the bit and the lamp to provide light. Guy was finished within half an hour. He asked for my credit card number and entered that into his device and handed me a receipt for $194.25 and left. Serviceman did a good job. I emailed Electra about the $65.00 overcharge. They stated that that was their rate. They are not prepared to stand by their quote

    Microwave repair

    ElectraFix did an amazing job, from a to z. The phone service was friendly and attentive, and they scheduled a same day service. The technician was knowledgeable, he explained me my options, and repaired the faulty microwave during the initial visit. Nothing but good words and praise here, good job!

    Fridge repair

    I used ElectraFix to fix my fridge. They were really good. The tech was nice and knew what he was doing. He fixed it quick and easy. I recommend ElectraFix to anyone who needs appliance repair. They did a great job

    washing machine repair

    I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received from your company ElectraFix. I recently had an issue with my washing machine and I was impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the technician named Eddie who was sent out to repair it. Eddie was not only knowledgeable about the problem, but he was also friendly and took the time to explain everything to me.     Professional & knowledgeable
