    service for broken washing machine

    The repair person (John) spent over an hour trying hard to fix the problem. He explained everything well. In the end he could not fix it without a cost worthy of an older machine. I was surprised that after his time and labor and expertise, it was still only the service charge I was charged. Very much appreciated.

    REPAIRING MY SAMSUNG FRIDGE FREEZER WITH SPEED AND COMPETENCY

    ALEX THE REPAIR TECHNICIAN WAS NOT ONLY FRIENDLY BUT ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY POLITE. THIS OFTEN IS HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS. HE ALSO ADVISED ME THAT ANOTHER POSSIBLE PROBLEM COULD ARISE, SO THANKS FOR POINTING A POTENTIAL SITUATION OUT. TOM, THE PERSON I CORRESPONDED WITH ON THEIR WEB PAGE WAS ALSO EXCEPTIONAL, HAD DELT WITH TOM AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY HAD LET ME DOWN BUT NOT SHOWING UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT AND TELLING ME THEY WOULD SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY. TOM ARRANGED FOR AN NOT JUST AN APPOINTMENT THAT DAY, BUT ALSO VERY QUICKLY, SINCE ALL OF MY FRIDGE HAD BEEN EMPTIED. CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY HIGH ENOUGH, ITS SERVICE YOU VERY RARELY SEE NOW. COMPETENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MOST OF ALL RELIABLE. KNOW THIS IS A LONG RECOMMENDATION BUT CAN NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH. SINCERELY. BILL HUBBARD.

    Broken oven

    The technician came for an estimation and didn't checked the oven. he took me $100.00 for nothing. i expected to him to check the oven what is wrong otherwise what is the reason to come, because I told them by phone what is wrong with the oven(doesn't keep the temperature). i am very disappointed about this service.     Hi Ioan, As stated over the phone prior to scheduling, we cannot provide you a quote for repairing the Oven without first inspecting it, as it is impossible for us, or anyone for that matter, to know exactly what is causing the issue before we've physically inspected the appliance. During his visit, our technician inspected your Oven and found that the Thermostat Sensor and Main Control Board need to be replaced. After we provided you with a quote, you decided not to proceed with the repair, and then proceeded to call us and request the service call fee be refunded after we explained how we operate over the phone, which you agreed to, while scheduling the appointment. We hold our technicians to a high standard and make sure each customer is serviced professionally and walks away happy, as stated by all of our other stellar reviews here on HomeStars and other platforms.

    Fridge freezer

    Dvir was professional and pleasant. I appreciated him finding the problem with my fridge freezer quickly and fixing it. I wish to thank him. I unfortunately had trouble submitting this review - so that was a little frustrating.

    Bosch dishwasher repair

    Electra Fix did a great job of repairing our dishwasher. Their service call fee was the most competitive one I found and they were very good at communicating with us and with our tenants. I will call them again for future appliance issues.

    Fridge

    Stove repair

    Fixed my stove, paid 220. I had a problem with my Maytag stove. Called ElectraFix . They send me a technician in the same day and the technician solved the problem in the same visit. He had the part. Definitely will call again.

    Dryer repair

    Talk about professionals, I had a great experience with those guys. The dryer died, would not heat the clothes, and I had tones of laundry towards the weekend. A friend recommended me to call this company. They asked a few questions over the phone about what happened, and provided me with an approximate breakdown of what went wrong, and the average price of fixing it. I liked that part, cause I knew what to expect, and hate surprises when it comes to paying for services. The next day a technician arrived, examined my dryer, confirmed what we discussed over the phone, and luckily enough, because he knew what to expect, he had the part he needed with him. The whole thing took not more than an hour, the price was fair and as discussed, and the technician was very professional. I will definitely recommend those guys to all my friends. Thank you for the great service!
