    Repair person was professional and punctual. Gave good explanation on what the issue was and what his recommendation to move forward. He also gave good advice on what brands he would recommend.

    Very fast response to request, technician knowledgeable and diagnosed issue quickly, and gave us a temporary fix. Would recommend.

    Very responsive company. The repair guy was efficient, professional and also answered all of our questions.The issues was quickly resolved.Taking 1 star off as I wish there would be more transparency/ explanation to the pricing model.

    Came out right away, technician was efficient, and courteous. He had to order a part for our fridge but was back out right away once it was in. Very happy with his service.

    Washer making loud noise

    I was worried about having to buy a new machine because of the horrible noise it made. Called Electra fix and luckily, it was one of the shock observers that broke. The technician order a new one and came back the next day to replace. The washer is now back to normal.
