He was amazing on the phone and sounded very honest. But when he came to my house my prospective completely changed. He change my new sink drain without asking me. When I asked him how the job is going if there are any issues. The reply was very rude and unprofessional. His caulking job was horrible. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AVOID THIS PROAnswer from pro:

Excellent Plumbing Work by Harold! I recently hired Harold to install a water line for my new fridge, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation was done quickly, neatly, and with great attention to detail and everything works perfectly. Harold took the time to explain the setup and made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up. It’s refreshing to see a contractor who takes real pride in his work.
