Harold was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. He got the job done when he said he would. His estimate was exactly what it turned out to be. I would use his services again for future work.

He was amazing on the phone and sounded very honest. But when he came to my house my prospective completely changed. He change my new sink drain without asking me. When I asked him how the job is going if there are any issues. The reply was very rude and unprofessional. His caulking job was horrible. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AVOID THIS PRO

Excellent Plumbing Work by Harold! I recently hired Harold to install a water line for my new fridge, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation was done quickly, neatly, and with great attention to detail and everything works perfectly. Harold took the time to explain the setup and made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up. It’s refreshing to see a contractor who takes real pride in his work. I’ll definitely be calling Harold again for future plumbing projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

Harold was quick to respond to my request to replace the lid on my washer. He promptly answered all of my questions and was professional in all communications. When he had to delay arrival time, he let me know in a timely fashion. The lid was replaced and Harold gave me tips about minimizing risk of cracking the new one. I know he does other work as well like plumbing and HVAC. I'm definitely keeping his number handy.

We had a leaky shower faucet that required a new part. The initial part that was as sent was defective and they needed to get a new one. Throughout work Harold was professional and patient. Although the job required several visits (no fault of Harold) he continually kept me updated and was efficient and timely. I appreciated his professionalism and quality of work.
