Harold was very professional and provided a quick response to my repair. He arrived within 30 minutes of posting. Reviewed the issue, identified another issue repaired both for the quoted price. Highly recommend HR plumbing and Mechanical Services.

Harold was quick to respond to my request to replace the lid on my washer. He promptly answered all of my questions and was professional in all communications. When he had to delay arrival time, he let me know in a timely fashion. The lid was replaced and Harold gave me tips about minimizing risk of cracking the new one. I know he does other work as well like plumbing and HVAC. I'm definitely keeping his number handy.

We had a leaky shower faucet that required a new part. The initial part that was as sent was defective and they needed to get a new one. Throughout work Harold was professional and patient. Although the job required several visits (no fault of Harold) he continually kept me updated and was efficient and timely. I appreciated his professionalism and quality of work. The place was left clean and everything was is working order. I couldn’t recommend more. Thanks Harold

BEWARE! Would not recommend! Caused more damages than before and has gone radio silent! Hired HR Plumbing for a job bathroom sink that detached from the vanity. They then proceeded with the fix and when he added wood supports at the bottom to push the sink up he caused too much pressure upwards lifting the vanity up and cracking the bathroom countertop diagonally across. He then "measured" the vanity and said he was going to fix it but has since vanished and would not respond via text or messages on HomeStars! Attached is the messages showing their number tied to their business. They are acting dumb and pretending they never provided service. BEWARE! You don't want to work with someone like that. 100% shady.

Harold did a good job on a project that was more involved than originally expected. He replaced a p-trap I struggled to replace myself before contacting him, but also identified two other leaks, and a drain clog, which was what originally led to my original p-trap failing. Helpful and polite. Would hire again.
