Emergency furnace maintenance
I phoned Reliance a day after moving to my new home, as the furnace seemed to stop working very suddenly.
I phoned (Sunday of a long weekend!) and was greeted by a friendly customer service rep who booked an appointment for the following morning. Shortly after, a technician (Adam) phoned to say he could come within the hour.
Adam was able to troubleshoot our issue quickly (over heating), and did a few extras such as replaced the filter, replaced the batteries in our thermostat and did an extra clean up to ensure the furnace would work well until we could book a full inspection (furnace is 15+ years old and had not been maintained well). He even gave us advice for a few other 'move in' related projects!
Adam was fantastic, very thorough, and we booked a monthly service contract. Looking forward to having Reliance come to give us a full check-up on the AC shortly. I would recommend Reliance (and in particular, Adam!) if you are in need of an emergency furnace call or are looking for an ongoing furnace maintenance provider.
