    hot water tank

    Tech Amber(#1620) was here to service hot water tank. Called before she came to advise and did servicing quickly and answered all concerns. Great job keep up the good work.

    Furnace Repair

    Repairman, Mark Sharobeem not only fixed the furnace, but the water problem in the laundry room that led us to make the call about "no heat". Very helpful, informative and polite!

    furnace tune-up

    danny came to do an annual check-up to my furnace on May 15 2014. I am so happy and very satisfied to the job he did..He is so helpful and answer all my questions regarding my furnace. I give him a rate of 10 to the job well done.Danny is an asset to the company.

    Repair hot water tank

    My hot water tank stopped working, so I called Reliance the very same evening. My appointment was set for between 10:00 am and 2:00pm. Well, the service technician Jason, came bright and early at 10:00am and my hot water tank was fixed in about 15-20 minutes! Jason was very pleasant and answered any question that I asked him in regards to the tank. He worked clean and efficiently, making sure that not even a drop of water touched the floor. I would like to thank Jason for a job well done and in a manner that was well pleasing. He has excellent customer service skills and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. As a matter of fact, if I ever need service done again, I hope Jason will be the person sent. Thanks Jason and thanks Reliance.

    Hot water tank

    R. Knicely team Member #1568 was amazing. He took his time fixing the hot water tank that was an ongoing problem for us. We'd called several times and no other technician took the time to actually trouble shoot the problem. Very frustrating dealing with a company that reroutes their calls out of North America. Mr. Knicely has made me think about giving Reliance another chance. He was great! Thank you.

    New furnace and A/C

    My furnace broke down and in less than a week I had a new furnace and A/C installed. Took that "long" because I shopped around and Reliance offered the best deal. With the deal closed, the job was scheduled and done two days after by Dylan K. and Bill S.

    Service

    On March 4, 2014, a technician came to check our furnance. He spent 1 hour and a half, he said he checked everything and noted the CO2 level was perfect and told us everything was fine. We signed up for the Protection Heating Plan and received a discount. We started to experience problems with the furnace again and on April 19, 2014, another technician came over and within one minute he took a piece apart and told us our furnace is very dangerous and can kill you and your family. He red tagged the furnace and shut it down. This was after the first technician said our furnace was very good. So all this time I was using my furnace like a ticking bomb it could kill me and my family according to your second technician so this is why I cancelled the Heating Protection Plan. This is why you should understand we do not trust your company or technicians anymore. I want nothing to do with you and come and get your water heater.

    Replace burners on hot water tank

    I was impressed with the service. Tyson arrived at the agreed time,inspected the problem, and said it would take a half hour to fix it and was true to his word. Great job Tyson!

    Air Conditioner/Furnace service

    John Saliba was in to service our air conditioner and as always was professional and efficient. We have had John come in to troubleshoot issues with our furnace as well and his expertise exceeds that of other technicians who were never able to effectively resolve the issue. Thanks very much!! We are grateful for your assistance.
