Tim Brown, Hamid Koshkebaghi & the installation team were absolutely phenomenal. They had my issue figured out and a new air conditioner and hot water heater installed the very next day! Tim Brown provided truly exceptional problem solving and customer service. Hamid Koshkebaghi was wonderfully quick, responsive and professional. The installation team were lovely, incredibly thorough and did a fantastic job. Not only that - but I think they left my floor cleaner than they found it!

The drain valve on my rental hot water tank has been leaking for a few days now. I called Reliance yesterday afternoon, they had a technician (Otto) at my house this morning. He was professional, and quickly resolved the issue.

We had a problem maintaining the set temperature on our thermostat. A service rep came within 24 hours Found no problem with the thermostat. He then proceeded to check the furnace and found a problem with the p-trap which he cleaned. All is fine now. The technician was courteous efficient and helpful. I had Furnace and Central Air installed and recommended by Ron Cunningham and followed up by Betty Burton. Could not have asked for better service etc. I strongly recommend you contact them for service if needed. Looking forward to many more years using Reliance Home Comfort.

The service representative (Dave S.) arrived promptly and quickly assessed the status of our system.Great job, well done and a couple of very helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend the maintenance package to anyone.

My old water heater sprung a leak overnight. Reliance sent a technician first thing in the morning. The technician was a friendly and knowledgeable guy (Wes) who rapidly replaced the old water heater with a new one. There were no charges because the water heater was rented. Great job all around!

Steve from Flan Air which is a contracted company for Reliance was very knowledgeable about hot water heaters. He was patience, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. Superior service! Thanks Steve.

After my installation time was cancelled 3 time's. With my wife being laughed at and hung up on and when the company that Reliance got to do the job was trying to get payed under the table for part of the job. We got the furnace in. Ya dont deal with this company run. We were told that a newer furnace and ac would be better then what we had boy were they wrong. After 4 days off work to get it done we got two free months lol. What a slap in the face.

I would like to thank Reliance employees Trevor & Ryan for their recent timely responses to our water heater leak & subsequent replacement, including a water catchment tray which we paid for as an investment we hope will help mitigate any water leakage damage in the future. Both reps were polite, efficient & respectful of our property.
